Thanks everyone for your encouraging words. Yeah, I had to quit for good because I'd already had a long break when my mum died. Still haven't told my family. Not sure how. I'm hoping to get some CBT and see where that leaves me - hopefully ready to face the working world even if it won't be the job/career I desired.
Jo, you can always go back to college. I got my degree 15 years after graduating HS and having a 2 year child as a single parent.

Now is the time for healing. You will know when you are ready to go back.

Hmmmm. Speaking of which someone explain to me why the judge is saying or prosecutors are saying Zimmerman did not report all the money he made from his collection fund. Did the judge not know he set up a website or did Zimmerman lie about his earnings?

Thank you everyone for your kind words and birthday wishes.

My mom noticed how upset I was and left work to take me to lunch and shopping. I ended up having a really good day thanks to her. I am very lucky, sometimes it's just hard to see it I guess.

I think the first everything without my dad is going to be hard. His birthday is Tuesday so I guess I'll be miserable again...Thank you all for your support!

I like the new guide anonymity. Makes them seem more impartial and the slap on the wrist won't feel so personal. Especially if it comes from a guide who also participates as a regular member. I approve

I realized I'm eating less than 1200 calories a day! No wonder I'm not losing any weight. Finna drink a meal replacer and eat some Chinese food....I'm that much under 1200 smh

I drunk the shake and ate like 4 bites of fried rice, 3pieces of chicken, half a egg roll. That's about 3-400 calories? Good enough. I'm full

It was battered n fried. Little bite sized pieces. I didn't eat much sauce with it. Just the chicken.

I have myfitness pal and u can enter or search to find the food. Or scan a barcode. It's pretty cool. U can also add how much water and exercise you've done that day too. It also tells u based on what u enter what u would weigh in two weeks.

I picked a chicken with sweet n sour sauce on there and it said 346cal for 5pieces.
Ha, I'm slow that woulda been like 5sum with that shake.
Oh well, I need it. I'm trying out that calorie shifting thing and this was supposed to be a lowday for me. In theory I'm supposed to eat 2056 cal a day. So I made today a low day and my goal was 1556. It was pretty hard lol. When I ate I wasn't hungry foreal. Tmo is suppose to be a highday (think I planned 1700 calories) we'll see how that goes.
