I agree with most of what you had to say. I know we on some peace-n-grease stuff right now,but uh erm...

We all have our pet peeves and many people have expressed those here. My peeve is aggressive statements that are thrown in, you pour gasoline allll over it, light the match, then walk away. Many people have expressed their disdain over people making controversial threads and then not hearing from them again. I feel the same way about posts.

If you are going to make a statement that is so controversial that it has people going back and forth for 4 pages, I would think you would come in to back it up. This is not the first time I have seen people do this and it just gets my goat quite frankly. If you can form more than one sentence to passively aggressively address someone's post, then you post a sentence to back it up. Even though I don't necessarily agree with many people on here on different topics, I respect 98 percent of ya'll who gets it in for your beliefs. There are plenty of ways to debate. And if you feel like it's getting out of hand, or people are not understanding what you are saying, then state that. Cuz at the end of the day, people will give you a side-eye here, but answer your question in the next thread.

I know some people will say/think-- it ain't that serious, but like James Brown said: " Don't start none, won't be none..."

Um..wow..okay. Well maybe I'm delusional but it seems to me we all usually get along and really don't hold any grudges after whatever has been stated. I know I'm not holding any grudges against anyone in this thread about ANYTHING reguardless if they have disagreed with me in the past or not. So I always thought most of us regulars have been on "peace N grease" at the end of all the discussion.

And I know you are talking about JessicaFro so we might as well just say that if you are going to take the time to talk about what she did. Honestly, I don't think she does that on purpose. I noticed she comes on at random times..posts things that often pertain ONLY to her and keeps it moving. I've seen her post things like she did before..more or less one comment and then she keeps it moving. As if she doesn't feel the need to get into it with people cause she's just giving her view and not into really going back and forth. That is ALWAYS the impression that I've gotten of her..so I guess I'm not seeing the real problem.

Not everyone is into going back and forth but they want to add in their perspective. That really just doesn't personally bother me...and I don't feel the need to take personal offense to that at all..at least not from her.

I noticed (or I'm assuming this is what they mean..they can feel free to correct) that Keeny and Turtles seems to think we are all c*cksucking eachother lately...but I don't see the harm in us being kind and nice to one another. And making sure we keep the basic peace over here. And welcoming others that really want to be part of the group that MADE A MISTAKE. And is trying to fit in...especially with someone with some personal issues that have affected her greatly. Do we NEED to be always having some sort of underlying issue with eachother ? Cause I just don't view NONE of yall in that way...there is not one of yall that I got some hidden issue with at all..or I'd just effin say it.

Sistergirl...I can't speak for anyone else...and I say this with NO shade or malice...but I never "cared" about what you had to say on spanking. Well I don't put people's name out, because that is not my style... but in this case, I felt like she did say some pretty offensive things non directly. But like I said, other people do it as well. When I said back and forth, I didn't think anything was mean, rude, or out of hand... just it got a debate going.

And we do usually get along, and quite honestly I don't dislike anyone here. I was stating my pet peeve about saying things that you know are pretty decisive and then never backing it up. As far as being nice, I think it's great. I know sometimes there is a little groupie love going on, but I enjoy not seeing 48 pages of gifs, eye rolls, and girl byes... but they shole is entertaining some days.

For the record, I have a j-o-b and I may be missing. Don't want nobody thinking I brought this up and disappeared

Yep, I have a problem with passive aggressive types, and I also have a problem with folks who hide behind tags. Yep, tags are funny...and I've gotten some full belly laughs from some. But I get annoyed as hell, when folks can't come full circle with whatever it is they wanna say. Some call that "drama". I call it having spine. If you don't have the backbone to swing it, leave it be...and go to another thread. Just because you're not upfront about your issue doesn't mean you're not dramatic, for the record. BTW, this is not directed at Jessica...I'm talking in general, across the board. If you don't like it here, go somewhere else...and let me know when you find the "perfect" spot, where everybody thinks like you...so I can avoid it.

People are not going to agree...we know this. Everybody comes from different backgrounds, different upbringings, etc. We need to TRY and not take so many things so personally. If someone spanks their child, that doesn't necessarily mean they advocate beatings, floggings and stonings. Doesn't mean they're mean to puppies and kittens.

When someone calls another "crazy", it doesn't mean they're making fun of them, making light of their mental condition, trying to drive them to the ledge...etc. Often, it's simply a statement of BEHAVIOR (you are what you do, to a degree) and not necessarily an actual declaration of a person's mental condition. That should not need to be explained in depth. I'm sorry...it should not. I expect folks to be respectful to one another, within reason. But, people will get offended. That's the way life goes. Again, some folks missed some Kindergarten lessons.

I understand everybody has a soapbox...Lord knows I have a few. Say what you have to say. Handle yourself...and learn to let things go.

Marah, for the record...some folks definitely hold grudges. They're angry/bitter at stuff folks said here, months ago. I know this, cuz I've seen it.
