Plus When I watched Kimmay said she used KCKT but anyone can free to use the conditioner of their choice. So I dont feel like she was either endorsing or ripping off a company. Just telling us how to put some extra kick in our leavein. Dont we tell people all the time to add honey and EVOO to their conditioners and they can make dcs? What is the difference?
I use Kimmay recipe but with TJ Nourish and Spa and without the Jojoba oil.

Legit companies have to list as you say but somewhat "bury" it because they know the efficacy of their product.

I am not prepared for that show. I tried to watch it but when Stevie j dropped that random I love you when he tried to move that girl out in the middle of nowhere and she dropped the issue. 15 years no, just no.

I can go to the store and buy eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder and make a cake and sell it at "Cakes by NCC" because these things are sold as ingredients and are sold for the purpose of cooking or doing whatever the hell you like. No one company owns a trade mark on "flour" "milk" "eggs" and the like. That's why you can buy literally HUNDREDS of different brands of these items.

Now what I can't do is go buy 100 frozen Sara Lee cakes, thaw them suckers out, put em in a new box and then sell them at "Cakes by NCC" with my own label. Sara Lee owns the exclusive rights to market and sell those cakes and if I repackage them with a different label I am breaking SEVERAL laws.

It's common sense. But when you'd sell your birthright to go from a twa, to waist length...in six months, common sense is not your concern. Obviously. I checked out, when folks was puttin' yeast infection cream on their scalps. Why would you do that?

Plus sometimes we're so concerned with supporting "black", when we should be most concerned about supporting "right". Folks kill me with that.
