Umm...ok. I'm going to stay out of non-hair until the election is over. I. Just. Can't.
But then again, racists will always be themselves, smh.

I'm skeptical of Olympic athletes and other pro athletes with all the lying and cheating that goes on from drugs to age requirements. US included.
Hey, I saw a feature story today on men's water polo and the players said sometimes their swimsuits get pulled off when tussling with opponents. I am now an official water polo fan. But some countries' matches I will likely skip. Does Jamaica have a water polo team?

Did you hear Snoop Dog changed his stage name to Snoop Lion and believes he is the reincarnation of Bob Marley? Who by the way died after Snoop was born. Snoop Lion is now a Reggae artist. He said he wants to go a different direction from gasta rap and do music kids and grandparents can listen to.

I bought my daughter a laptop lunch box set a few years ago when she started preschool. At first I couldn't believe I dropped $40 on a freakin lunchbox for a 3 yr old...but she's 5 and starting kindergarten this year and she is going with her original laptop lunch box set I got her 2 yrs ago. They're very durable. I've only had to replace the water bottle because it leaks (from the kid biting the lid). But I love the bento box syle lunchboxes and think they work really well for picky eaters.
Blame it on the cell phone...

It is interesting how people are always upset about some discussion in NH. Makes me glad I don't go over there.

Why do some people type only using ellipses instead of proper punctuation?
The mind is boggled.

okay, i need some ideas. during the week we usually have structured groups. the day hab ppl do their normal academic/life skills lessons, and we (supplemental) have planned recreational activities for the consumers. on fridays, though, it's just a relaxed day. day hab doesn't really do anything (maybe watch movies and let them dance for a while. basically w/e the consumers want), and we usually try to plan activities that will last the entire two hrs of supplemental (themed parties, arts and crafts, movie night, etc.)
my director wants us to come up w/ more ideas for friday themes/activities. she wanted 6 and i've come up w/ 4 so far. any ideas?

I understand that and I hear you. I was torn when Marion Jones admitted to using. I really enjoyed her in the olympics.
BUT the USA swim coach is just mad that this little girl is dominating and he started to spread rumors. She tested clean. There is no need for rumors. This girl has probably not done anything but swim, eat and sleep--the Chinese do not play with that training. Nor does anyone else, but I know for sure that someone like Phelps said he didn't really train for the IM. This girl has no option of "not training". She worked hard. She's young. No one said Phelps was doping because he was 15/16 breaking records and winning medals.
I'm really just mad that her athleticism had to be questioned because some coach was salty.

This lady over here is talking about using rain water to rinse her hair.
Some naturals really do the most.

Oh lawd! Oh heavens no! The guy I dated for four years. Lawyer Guy was an unfortunate rebound. Totally forgot his name...
Off topic: I'm totally cackling at how pressed NBC is about Jordyn Wieber.

This has been done for years, way before folks were on forums and such,
my father was born in 1927 and his grandmother would tell him about this. So when he was alive he would tell me he doesnt know why I do all i do, get me some rain water and castor oil
my rebuttal was always umm the rain isnt like it used too be dada
