I just got back from Lollapalooza and I had a TIME, y'all. Complete with hot Irish guys painting my face and letting me ride their shoulders. To quote my boo: Jeah!
...and I start my new job tomorrow morning. 
That white privilege video was very good. I'm glad most of the people in the comments didn't get super offended.

I used to work with a lady who looked black to me, perhaps biracial Idk. I think she was adopted by a white family. Some of my white coworkers told me one day the subject of race came up and someone said she was black and she got really upset insisting she wasn't black. And the white people were like "sorry, but you've got some black in you somewhere."

have you seen that true life with that girl that was mixed with white and black, and she only lived with her mom (white) and tried to tell people she was mixed with hispanic, I can't remember why she wanted to deny being black.
Anyway, she went on a date with this hispanic guy ( I think, it's been a while) and she told him whatever she was and he was like "uh...I don't think so".

I just found out this lady has 2 kids in a private school (known in our city to be for the extra-extra-extra- wealthy that cost $25,000 per year) and another child in college.
Good Lord! All that money...they must be LOADED.

Im slightly salty at HBO's Thrones because in the time it takes for this friggin addictive a$$ show to come back on I could of had a child... Im really feeling some kind of way...WHY HBO WHY!!!

Nope, she doesn't owe me a single penny.
We were talking about private schools and the pros and cons of sending your child to one as well as the obvious financial obligations involved. She shared her and her children's experiences with those involved in the conversation (me included).
