Last week I was hoping that I didn't get fired. This week I feel like being fired might be a relief. This job is stressing me out!

I'm literally afraid to ask this woman a question.
I need to like either volunteer or work at a place that is in the medical field before I can apply to the school I want, any ideas?

Any hospital or doctor office job all requires some kind of certificate, so I can't do that. Unless there is something I don't know about...then please tell me.

if only I was marine science, I would be set for a career path thanks to my current job.

You are qualified to do things, and you can do them right if you know what to do. I suspected this when you first posted that your boss just expected you to know how her lab runs, and that is just not the case. All labs have various different protocols even if they are doing the same research.

I would suggest you speak up. Let her know you want to do your job better and what you need inorder for you to do your job better---SOME TRAINING!!!!!!

It's no good to be walking on eggshells in a lab of all places...where effing up means you have to start process ALL.OVER.AGAIN.

Good luck and I hope it gets better. But just know it will not get better without you doing something about it.

I wanted to just keep trying to do my best (positive attitude, work faster, try to learn everything she's throwing at me) and hope that a new week would be a fresh start but I see that's not enough and I do need to speak up for myself.

Thanks Coilynapp and Everyone!

Yeah, I know I shouldn't expect more and it's typical but darn you got to be a real.. so and so to do some ignorant mess like this... I don't care WHAT the so called justification is...
