You only told me 20 times that you had trouble singing without a monitor and granted it sucks not to be able to hear yourself but no one uses monitors at open mic. and the truth is your voice sounds like a cat that is being choked to death. Sorry dude but a monitor isn't going to fix that.

I'm watching on the news that father-daughter dances were banned at some school because a girl felt "excluded" and her mom complained.

I am so SICK of people thinking they are being discriminated against and making it shiddy shoddy poo poo for everyone else. If you can't get your big old daughter to accept that her daddy is dead or doesn't want her, making the rest of the school suffer is NOT the way to go. I'm sure she was not the only kid at school without a dad when there are all these single parents in this country.

If the kid sucked at art, would her parent ask to cancel Art After School too? This girl is going to grow up thinking there need to be policy changes to tailor her need wherever she goes. She can't do her job so does her boss need to fire everybody else with her? She can't wear a size 2 so should the stores stop selling it? Lord... people need to just have a seat, find a way to accept life and leave everybody else out of the process until they are good and ready to deal.

I did something so stupid.

Got accepted into the University of Paris 10 for a Diploma program. It's not a BA but it's a step closer. I wanted to go to uni this year and now I have a chance.

And I found out I have astigmatism (sp?) And its going to make my glasses extra expensive. Like 225 per pair. But if I get that job I won't care!
