And you also have to consider that if someone on your job is friends with someone you tagged in a photo, they can see it too. I am only friends with one co-worker but she commented on a picture of one of her friends. Our boss also commented on the picture. I am not friends with the boss or the friend but since my co-worker (that i am friends with on facebook) commented, I could see the pics and all the comments. I learned that my boss thinks some crazy stuff about black people. I got a screen shot but that's all i have done with it. I'm saving it just in case. I have all my security settings locked down, but I still don't say much of anything on facebook and i definitely stay away from controversial topics. You never know when facebook may decide to change the settings and expose everything.

ETA: To delete evidence so co-workers won't find out who i am here.

Fb is the devil. Google+ is similar. Once you put a photo pink there it is there forever & shows up in all of googles services. Be very careful.

Lol. I find it much easier to not be on Facebook. That way I don't have to worry about this kind of stuff. I have enough stress and anxiety in my life.

On another note, I spent the last three days doing my hair and I'm exhausted with it. At least I won't have to fuss with it for a few months. Now I only have less than a day to study and do homework.

And lastly, I miss the days where this forum was really poppin.

But I understand how things go.

why do college students collect alcohol bottles when they're empty, for decor?

I don't get it.

I don't collect soda bottles, or juice jugs, or empty milk cartons.

It's basically trash that you're collecting. You're collecting trash.

Then I realized that it's mostly college people under 21, because why on earth would a 21+ person need to collect a bottle? They can just buy it again, and most likely will if its good. Why keep the bottle?

Well I found out it was a coworker friend. She also went to event and apparently my boss asked her to send him some information on what went on so he could put something in the newsletter. Instead of writing something herself she went to my FB page and copied my post (which was detailed and well written) and sent it to him. I told her she could have at least told me she was doing that so I would know how he got info from my page. Or she could have asked me to write it and email the photos again. She says I'm making too big a deal out of it. I suspect she was trying to win brownie points with the boss because the only thing that was changed was first person to third person so it didn't look like I wrote it.
Oh well, lesson learned.

She should have asked you. You published something on fb & she just ran with it. That's plagiarism where I come from. You don't get brownie points for taking someone else's words.

I'm deactivated on fb so I can find a job. I'm starting to think that's why I don't have one yet. They can't get the scoop on me.

I hope you promptly defriended her. Because that's a red flag....not green, not yellow, but RED. If she had zero problems taking something off of Facebook that you wrote, and changing the tense from third person to first to pretend that she wrote it, she has a serious lack of ethics. I would question what else she would copy from your Facebook page for other purposes. She is NOT your friend....trust.

Speaking of fb, before my roommates moved in they kept asking me to add them on fb, I couldn't find them and they couldn't find me (I'm super hard to find because of stalkers lol) so I never did, well the other day I decided to search again and I actually found one of my roomates but now she hasn't accepted my friend request. Which is sketch maybe she hasn't checked, but I find it odd that a college student (with fb) hasn't checked their fb. I mean if you don't have fb obs, but WHEN you do have fb its impossible to not check it.

I want to deactivate mine but then I'd never be able to talk to my friends from back home, and my family would flip out because they would think I'm cutting them out of their lives.

x 10billion. Like seriously they would I've tried before and my mom flipped out. NO I didn't even delete it, I took the fb APP off my phone and my mom was insulted. INSULTED. LIKE I CALLED HER UGLY OR TOLD HER TO DROP OFF THE EARTH OR SOMETHING. She was like "what's wrong with you???" WHY DO I NEED TO CHECK FB EVERY SECOND OF MY LIFE GO AWAY.

I hardly post status updates, I have nothing to say to you people. I'm here against my will.

And then my family asks stupid stuff on fb of all places, like when you coming down? or what's for dinner? GO AWAY. I HAVE A PHONE YOU KNOW. Starting convos on my pictures, about things that have nothing to do with my pictures.

Makes me sad.

eta and then they like share my pictures and post weird things like "look at my beautiful daughter" HOW RUDE. one time I sent a picture of me to my mom at work and she put it on her fb. THAT WASN'T FOR FB IT WAS FOR YOUR PHONE.

AND next up on my family needs to not own computers show, she got a twitter and MY PICTURE FROM HIGH SCHOOL IS HER AVATAR PICTURE THINGY. WTF. WTF, I ASK YOU!

A friend confessed to me she cheated on her bf. Who I think is a nice guy. I asked if she was drunk ( not an excuse but she gets wild) and she said "yes, the first time."

I had another friend I knew was cheating on hubby. She told me he was gay and had a lover But she didn't want to leave him. Sometimes hung out with her and bf and sometimes i hung out with her and hubby. AWKWARD!!! I stopped talking to her much because I found out she went bezerk when she caught bf with another married woman. Then she left town and her husband called me and told me she had multiple personality disorder and lies a lot. Where do I find these people.

FDA & CDC have recalled more than 76 types of pb. Some from trader joes, whole foods, target, & other major stores. Google "FDA peanut butter recall" to find the list.
