When I say in shape, I'm referring to my overall condition and to my level of stamina. My mind and body are not on the same page right now.lol If I'm feeling like I'm gonna have a heart attack, dizzy/vertigo, headache to the extreme, that is just way too much for me. I can take the soreness and strain on my muscles to a certain extent as well but I'm not trying to pop no tendons or break no bones. I just know my limits and I ain't ready.lol

Yes be careful my leg is permanently effed. Idk how to fix it. Its always in pain, my calves are always tight. I can't really tell sore from injury. I know its injures now because if i touch my skin it hurts. LOL so don't be like me. If you feel a tiny bit of pain stop its better to be safe than broke and can't work out for a month then out of shape again. I know people say to push yourself or keep going, don't do it it's a trap!

Thanks ladies, I may have to find some other workout routine. I fell of the wagon a lonnnngggggg time ago. I cannot afford to be injured. I had convinced myself that getting my nutrition under control was the first step...but then I never took the next step!!! I really need more exercise than what I am currently getting.
@coilynapp, I have never heard of 30DS, I am gonna look into that.

No I have really bad posterior shin splints from running. I went to a doctor who said rest and I did for a month and I started back slow and they slowly came back. Anytime I google why I get them it's from training to hard (don't know how I'm training too hard when I rest my butt off and ice and stretch all the time, i secrety stretch at work, anytime im home i ice my legs); flat feet (I don't have that because I have a medium to high arch actually, I even tested my self (WHEN I CAN SEE MY ARCH)TO MAKE SURE I DIDN'T HAVE FLAT FEET that is how desperate I am for an answer) so I don't know why I'm getting them but they suck and never go away. It hurts to jump and walk all the time. The only time it doesn't hurt is if I wear my Merrell barefoot shoes LOL and by not hurt i mean lessens the pain. Because I have the pains 24/7 my legs are numb lol. I have a 5k soon and I'm like super angry at my body. Because its stupid.

All of the names on the phone say that for a few seconds before it loads up. It happened with the app update.

Level 2 of the 30 day shred was really tough for me. I'm weak but I've been working on fixing that.
The only thing that killed me in Level 1 were the push ups. My arms are super weak. I have low upper body strength. I just hated those push ups!
I thought both levels were good workouts but I'm not the most in shape person right now. Never tried Insanity. Right now I'm into pilates.

I workout 5 days a week and I'm skerred of insanity. The crazy thing is...a lot of the stuff in the videos I do with my trainer. But something about that workout system has me not wanting to try it. Ladies keep me posted with your results. Maybe ya'll can shame me into trying it and getting over my fear of this workout.

I'm back at taekwondo but at 212 lbs I'm far too heavy to complete the exercises correctly and definitely too big to compete. Everyones talking about workouts and now I feel like I need to be working on losing this weight. I'm 5'10 so the weight isn't terrible on my frame but I feel every ounce. No space in my room so I'm going to see if I can hit my universitys gym to help lose the weight. Now if only I can find the time.

You don't have to find the time, you just have to do it or you don't. I've finally realized that. After all this time. I say I don't have time to work out its a lie its that I don't want to have time. So instead of planning and making time, I just do it. I get nikes motto now. LOL And it's becoming a habit and I like that.
Which is why everyone thinks I'm a morning person now. I just get stuff done in the morning. Which has caused me to go to sleep earlier by default.
my legs, don't hurt at all this morning seeing as how I went to Zumba yesterday and jumped alot...oh wait I just spoke it into existence because I can feel the pain a coming nooooo

Twitter went Ham on Stacey Dash for supporting Romney.
Honestly a girl who posted a picture of herself on a car in a swimsuit taking about who she's endorsing says more than a 1000 words. She must be looking to get a gig in exchange for her endorsement.
Stacey has been 17 yrs old since I was 7 so she probably isn't even allowed to vote. Jk.
