This homemade Tend Skin recipe is the business, all types of inflammation has been banished from my face. I used Everclear though, rubbing alcohol has a funny evaporation smell...

Thank you. I'm just reeling and trying to hold onto anything I can. It hurts that he's putting in the effort for her since she decided to leave because she was tired of being the side piece and he didn't just straight out leave me for her and decide and choose her.

...and in all seriousness, what I'm loving completely is I got what color i wanted and my hair honestly does not feel like ****. I wanted this and knew the risk I was taking so i'm blessed to say my hair isn't all ****ed up.

I used a weight bar at the gym and my hand/ wrist has been killing me since. I don't know how heavy it was because it wasn't marked. Anyway I want to urgent care and doc says I have tendonitis and have to wear a brace and take steroids. And she said no more weights. My dad has a degree in physical theraphy. He said free weights can really injure you if your form is off. He advises to stick to machines.
