3C/4A, fine texture, low-medium density, and low porosity?
CG since November 2013.

Pre-Poo: Coconut Oil overnight, or a greek yogurt mixture
Shampoo: Curls Cleanser and/or clarifier
Conditioner: trying out different Suave Naturals conditioners and GVP's leave-in conditioner at the moment
Styler: iagirl's super smooth flax curl cream. <3
PT: iagirl's gelatin treatment 3-4 times a month
DT: conditioner or yogurt base with honey and oil if the conditioner has none.
I'm not sure about my hair anymore lol. So I'm transitioning and it's pretty clear that my hair is 4a. The strands (most notably in the nape area are like pen springs. When I pull them, they bounce right back!

However, I noticed that the roots are pretty straight. I haven't had a relaxer in my hair since last October. My hair is weight my roots down but it's not that case around my nape area.. is this normal?

I'm brand new been transitioning for about 4 months so far, not sure if I have enough new growth to get an accurate guess but I'll try. I'm thinking I'm more in the 4s, I'm starting to get some defined curls growing in and I'm loving it. Just curious to know what sections, and places I should be posting in so I can take care of my hair to the best of my abilities.

Wow. I really want to post a picture but I don't know how.
Am I 4A? Didn't transition I just recently had my head shaved as a style and now it's growing out.

Okay, I want to play.

This is from almost two years ago.
I watched this video and I'm trying to figure out what the hair types are. Does anyone know what the hair type is corresponding curls the size of the regular size straw vs the slurpee straw?

I'm not sure if this should be 3 vs 4
Refer to my next post, these pics were bad quality
