Default Pregnant and swimming any ideas?

I am pregnant with a bad back and the only exercise I can do is swim. Does anyone know what shampoo to use or is cowashing enough? And second question.. I have this bad joint pain from pregnacy especially in my hands. Has any one had this? Anyway, braiding and twisting is out of the question so any ideas for styles?

This may work. My daughter goes to swimming lessons every weekend. I refuse to have to wash her hair after ever session or braid it up etc. just for the swim lessons. Anyhow, I take saran wrap and cover her entire head at least twice. Then I don a swim cap. The only thing that gets wet is the saran wrap. I don’t have to worry about her hair at all. Maybe you can try that out. HTH

That would be a lot of Saran wrap!!! I have a huge muppet head and swim about thee times a week. I will try it today. thanks!

I was lurking some other forums and some people mentioned aubrey organics swimmers shampoo but i don't know how that works on 4b hair. my hair tends to dread easily. have you tried it?
