Hey, everyone! I just started going full curly girl yesterday, and am seriously looking for conditioners that work well for my 4a hair. This thread could potentially help others looking for new products to cowash, ro, and leave in conditioners for their hair or maybe someone who just wants a change up their product regimen. Thanks! I'm looking for something I can easily access, but my selection isn't limited to that. :]

I vote for Curl Junkie Curl Rehab because it can be used as a conditioner, DC, and leave in. It's too good and too expensive to rinse out in my opinion. Other conditioners that get my vote that I've tried are Oyin Honey Hemp, it has great slip. Curl Junkie Argan Oil Conditioner, and CJ Smoothing Lotion leave in condtioner. Basically if you haven't tried Curl Junkie's conditioners I highly recommend you give them a try.

I like tj nourish and spa for cowash and leave in. I make my own dc's.

I like Herbal Essences hello hydration, V05 strawberries & milk, Sheamoisture purification masque, and when i can find it i just love Organix Curling Citrus Mango Conditioner (i think its officially discontinued though).

Aussie moist I use it to cowash and detangle. Good stuff.

my phone wears the pants in this relationship.

Tresemme Naturals Nourishing Moisture conditioner is really good as a rinse out and detangler. Probably can be used as a cowash too (have yet to test it). It's silicone-free so it might be CG friendly too.

For a conditioner I use curl junkie argan and olive oil or the smoothing conditioner. For cowashing, I use curls coconut dream or daily fix. For a leave in I use curl junkie smoothing lotion.

LOVE Shea Moisture Raw Shea Butter Restorative Condish. I use it as a leave-in, a DC, a detangler, and to shave :laughing9:

thanks everyone for the suggestions. i got tresemme naturals, works pretty good and smells nice. i almost bought gvp conditioning balm but i Im trying to avoid pjism. lol.

I like Mixed Silk and HE reconditioning conditioner. A VERY IMPORTANT thing to remember when asking others for product reviews is, regardless of same hair type and all other types like density, everyone's hair is different. Just b/c a million people like it, doesnt mean your hair is gonna like it. I learned that the VERY hard way. Good luck on your condish' searching journey.
