I wanted to do an amla treatment but i didn't have time deal with or clean the mess so i sprinkled some in the SM to use as a DC after shampooing. The amla really enhanced the masque.

My hair felt like silk. I left my hair in the twisted sections after I rinsed the DC out and went to bed. The next morning as i was taking the sections out to braid my hair it felt really good to not have any product in it. I could've just took those twists out and wore my hair like that, but I ended up using Oyin HD & Camille Rose AJTB to braid. The mix also helped keep my hair detangled.

I may try this again and only use an oil or light leave in for my braid out and see what happens.

as a dc ive used it as a leave in in thr past and it was even good that way but not now. the dc i just put on a plastic cap and beanie for like 4 hours rinsed and it felt dry and hard

Used Komaza Olive Moisture Mask and QB AOHC as a deep conditioner - results - hair that was super soft and moist.

Used Mozeke Babassu Twisting Cream under QB BRBC - results - Super moisturized and soft hair, beautifully formed twists, nice shine. Going on day 3 with no additional moisture or products applied.

Hit: Camille Rose Almond Jai butter topped with Elasta QP feels like silk gel. Fantastic hair day...like m hair looks so good I'm trying to find places to go so I don't feel like I'm wasting a good hair day in the house (is that shallow as heck?)

I used to just walk into any BBS and find the Feels Like Silk. Why can't I find that now??? It was one of the first things I looked for when I cut my hair, but I couldn't find it.

I can usually find it with ease in the "urban" Asian owned BSS. They did change the bottle a little bit but not by much. There is also the retro brown bottle which says ElastaCare feels like silk that is like 16 or 18 oz but it's exactly the same product.
