Since more than one person received a mislabeled product, to be consistent they need to offer the same compensation to all. That's going to be a problem, and they should have thought a minute about that.

IF they had simply let their customers know there was a labeling error (on their website, as soon as it was discovered), integrity issues would have been squashed quickly - Komaza has pretty good customer service, for what I've read.

I received no note, no email, and no website notice that there was a labeling mistake. That's an issue for me.
Umm hmm. That's a good question. If they handled it from the jump they wouldn't have had to offer credits.

But at the same time, maybe they have to sift thru the orders that were made to find the people who ordered the stinky stuff. There's a possibility that they're working on getting account credits to everyone and rectifying it privately or something.

Again, just giving them the benefit of the doubt.
Possibly, but they need to address it...immediately, to keep speculation down. The mistake got out, so while they may take a moment to decide how/if they're going to compensate, they need to respond quickly, letting customers know they're on the case.
She just posted a note on FB.

She has another product coming soon.

Komaza Hair Care Hint: Well, the Stinky Stuff is made to stop hair loss, regrow and thicken hair. With this product we are attempting to grow longer hair (not thicker/more hair). We would like this product to help people who have a lot of hair but have a hard time achieving length.

I just received my bottle of Stinky Stuff as well. I called Komaza to ask about something else and they offered the information about the mislabeling. I hadn't reviewed the ingredients at that time nor had I heard about the mishap. I've been in class all day and unable to get online to surf NC. I have never had any problems with Komaza Care so I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. I'll look for my credit points if they choose to apply them, if not I won't worry about them. Don't want to lose any new hair strands from worrying!!

Smile Komaza - Stinky Stuff Order

I just ordered a bottle of the "Stinky Stuff". I hope to document my progress with it once I recieve it. I am a new registered user to CurlTalk, but I have lurked for the past year. I have been completely natural for about 6 months, and with the help of forums like this, I am loving it. This product is an investment, but I am hoping that it pays off. I will certainly keep you ladies posted and for others that also ordered - please do the same.

Default Stinky Stuff Arrived -5/23/12 Started Using it

Hello ladies my bottle arrived and I started using it today. The bottle indicates that desirable results are expereinced within 4 months. So unless I see drastic changes suddenly I will try to get my son to help me snap a few pictures and upload about every other week.

I am hoping that this is helpful for my traction alopecia. I'll let you know. By the way, it is not so stinky to me...I've smelled worse in hair products.

I don't have any updates. It's a 4 month long commitment (before you can expect to get good results), and I'm going to keep quiet until I've used up the entire bottle. I'll evaluate whether or not I'll order another bottle, based on what I notice after the first bottle.

I like it because it doesn't "stink", and it's not oily/greasy. It's a milky/watery solution that you massage into the scalp. I"m using it exclusively on my temple areas, and I've been diligent with day and night application.

We shall see...

I originally bought this for my mom. But after reading the ingredients, for whatever reason she decided against it and gave it to me. I used for 3 days as directed. On the 3rd day, my scalp started to itch and burn. I had to immediately wash my hair. Maybe I'm allergic to it or maybe something else I had in my hair clashed with it.

Anyhoo, I stopped using it and haven't decided to sell it or try again at a later date.

Okay...I said I wasn't going to update, till I used the entire bottle. Well, since I'm ONLY using it on my temples, that will take forever.

So here's a QUICK update: Yes, the hair is returning in my temple area, after being gone for many years. I don't have any pics, and most of you wouldn't have a reference point anyway.

Let's just say my hair was pretty much...missing in that area, on both sides. When I get done with the bottle, I will take a picture. I will say it's the only growth product I've used consistently, and that's because it's not a greasy, oily product - it's a milky/watery product, and the smell is not stinky.

Default Stinky Stuff Update

It's been a minute and just wanted to let you know I am still using Stinky Stuff. I can't say that I already see results, so no pictures. I did take pictures before I started and I will take some periodically as I go along. Once every two weeks is to much. The only other "growth aid" I am using is JBCO. I certainly hope to have good results, but we will wait and see. Just a quick update.
