Default Cheap/ Homemade Deep Conditioners Recommendations?

So times are hard my way. Does anyone have any good homemade DC recipes or cheap dc's that work well. I need moisture & I do okay with soy protein.

Everything in moderation?

I only use homemade dcs. While I have tried others my fav is banana baby food mixed with honey and oils. I have also done mayo with an added egg. The protein wasnt too strong for me. I have used avocado but didnt feel it did a lot for me.
Actually you can add EVOO and honey to regular conditioner and create a dc. HTH
Fronomenal and Jo Somebody like this.

I used a little under a teaspoon with about 3 or 4 ounces of conditioner.

To get more mileage out of my pricier conditioners and treatments, I will "cut" it with some cheaper conditioner. So instead of covering my hair with two big handfuls of the pricey item, I'll just use a handful of the pricier stuff and a handful of the cheaper condish. I may add some oils (olive, castor, or jojoba) if I feel like it.

I use Tresemme Naturals as a base (need the slip!) and mix in coconut milk, honey, yogurt, banana, oils, etc in it. I have a Vitamix so its super smooth - especially with the banana.

I've heard a lot good things about bulk Organicals Deep Conditioning Creme from Ingredients to Die For.

So I grabbed some AOHSR to try for the first time & I'm going to do some of these homemade recipes
as well. Together that should save me some dough assuming I can get the AOHSR cheap online.
Pray for me ya'll. Its avocado & bananas this weekend.

I would use a soft, ripe avocado and banana baby food. Make sure to use a blender to make sure the mix is super smooth. This will make sure no fibers from the fruits/veggies won't get caught your coils/kinks/curls.
