Senegalese twists for Kinky Hair??
 

Summertime is coming up and this is the time of year that I normally get my hair twisted up. I use kanekalon hair and I get Senegalese twists. Last year, the majority of my hair was relaxed, but now my hair is 100% natural. I have found out that my hair type is either 4b or 4c, and I'm scared that my hair won't turn out like it did before. Desperately need some advice!!! :confused5:

I've never had Senegalese twists but a friend of mine did. Shes a type 4 and her hair looked fine.

I just took Senegalese Twists out of my hair after six weeks. My hair was fine and I could have worn in for like a week longer.

I ended up getting the marley twists. It took 3 1/2 more packs of hair than the Senegalese twists but it also took 6 hours less. And I added little silver clasps and they look so pretty

In case you do get them eventually, I've gotten Senegalese twists for about half my life. I've done it with my relaxed and now natural texture. My advice is the bigger you get them the more your hair will start proofing out at the top. I've never done micros, buttry to stay in the individual's to medium range.

Ok so im totally about to have a ghetto girl moment but. Yeeessssss ya hair is tooo cute! lol (now back to normal me) I love those on you and your pretty too. Did you go to a braiding shop? or did you do them yourself?

Hello I am new to the forum. Did you have the senegalese twist. I have 4c hair and the braider told me my hair will become frizzy if I do senegalese twist with my hair type
