My Current Top Three are the:
1.African Black Soap Purification Masque (as a pre-poo)

2.Raw Shea Butter Restorative Conditioner (as a leave-in)

3.Curl and Shine Shampoo (although I want to replace it with the Raw Shea Butter Moisture Retention since I've heard it's THE best shampoo)

I'm also interested in trying the African Black Soap Dandruff and Dry Scalp Elixir to keep my twists moisturized.

I have noticed the availability and variety and the price of SM differs depending on the neighborhood you are in. Where I live I can only find the pink and gold lines. The price is $9.99. But when I go to New Orleans I can also find the Black line but the price is $10.99. Actually the NOLA Walgreens has a lot of natural lines that the 3 stores near me don't carry. I was able to buy Yucca line up in Nashville.
I'm thinking of buying BOGO for Christmas presents for my family.

Oh yes you are so right. Just this past Sunday, I went to Target, CVS, & Walgreens and they did not carry the CM Curl Enhancing Smoothie!! Walgreens had a few items from the Coconut Hibiscus line, CVS had only the shampoo for CM shea butter line and Target had the Yucca line and 4 items from the Coconut line. So I will have to order online at walgreens.

Curl & Style milk, Deep Treatment Masque and the Restorative Conditioner!

I hate the Souffle. As for the Smoothie, it is the best moisturizer and i plan on trying it too as a DC. But I am not too crazy about it as a styler because it is a bit too heavy and leaves white residue on my hair. I will soon try to see how well the conditioner is as a styler (tightly curly method). Anyone had tried?

My Target just started carrying any of the natural lines like Mixed Chicks, curls, KC, SM ect. Probably to better compete with Walgreens and Sallys.

I have gotten really good deals ordering SM online from Walgreens. I got 4 containers of purification mask once during bogo. Then I added 4 containers of an activator gel that my mom and I like (cheaper online) to get my over the $25 mark and I got free shipping.

^^^ Oh wow BOGO sales are the best. I will look out for them.

SO I went to Target and got the SM Shea Butter Masque...and all I can say is WOOOOW! I applied this liberally with a conditioning cap for 30 min. after I did my co-wash withe the Tresumme Naturals. My hair came out soft moisturized, and healthy. I will be on the look out for the other SM Masques as well.

Question: Are all their masques CG friendly?

The Shea Moisture Yucca and Baobab Anti- Breakage Masque is very CG friendly as a deep conditioner. I use As I AM Coconut Co-wash for my cowash days.

I used to hate the SM Souffle until I found out from other reviews I was using too much. Most users seem to overuse it and are therefore not liking it. Trust me. This is the bomb! Same curl definition as with KKCC but cheaper and, I agree, more tricky. I only need 1 tbsp plus 1 1/2 tsp on my 4a hair. Hair is short but may be midway my neck if relaxed. Just so u know if you need to adjust the amount. I used it on soaking wet hair right in shower using a wall mirror. No need to use a leavein. I finger rake it through hair and then shake hair to loosen the curls. Hair will dry with a bit of hold but way less than KKCC.

I also like the Moisture retention shampoo and the milk, and the smoothie which to me is the most moisturizing curl definer. Does not define as well a the souffle but it is. It bad.
I am half half with the conditioner; and I don't like the masque which for me lacks slip.

In no particular order....

Anti-breakage mask is so moisturizing. Plus it has amazing slip & smells great. Cheaper, more available alternative to DCs that I love, but have to order online.

Purification shampoo practically cured my dandruff! I use it diluted & it does the trick. Sometimes it's a little drying & I don't love the smell, but it is phenomenal for scalp issues.

Curl/Anti-breakage milk- I use either one to refresh my hair in the morning. They both smell good & get the job done.

I'm a part of the almost invisible minority that hated the smoothie. It made my hair dull & dry. I tried using it a million different ways before I returned it. The restorative DC was just okay, I would buy it in a pinch. The smell bothered me a little, though. I also like the restorative conditioner as a rinse out. It has okay slip. Still searching for an HG conditioner.
