water washing only for 4abc hair types

Is there anyone out there with 4a-c hair who uses only water to wash? I started doing this as an experiment and I must admit, I'm really liking the results. This is a 30 day experiment. I wash only with water and cool water to finish, I use a leave in detangler conditioner and proceed with my gel..I do this every other day with no build up whatsoever!!!!

If you dont use silicones then Im not surpised it is working for you for 30 days. If you continue Id like to see how you do after longer say 60 days because a lot of people only shampoo or clarify once a month. If you start to notice dryness or absorbtion problems then you will know you are ready for a clean slate.

I have tried using only water to wash but after a week, I have to wash with a conditioner and I've found that after 2 weeks, I need to clarify my scalp. I am very active and the salt/sweat does not work well with just water.
I've never tried water washing only... Maybe a quick rinse, or spritz, but just water? The itchiness! The mustiness! Not fun for me!
