I ordered a Sample of their Pure Black Castor Oil, and received the wrong item! I emailed them (its not a business email, but a personal email
, the was the first red flag) letting HER (Ms.Boss, Boss Enterprise, Ms. M Boss) know I received the wrong item and wish to have my correct product shipped to me.
I received an email, that had many grammatical errors and missed spelled words, asking me to send the item back and she will ship the correct item.
I told her I will NOT go thru the trouble of shipping the item back to her, but I WILL Pay for the wrong item that was shipped to me, and wish to have the correct item sent to me as I did pay for it.
Poor Customer Service Ever! She wants me to go out my way and pay to ship back the WRONG item. Considering it was her mistake she should have let me keep the product and ship my correct product. This company needs proper customer service training. This is the main reason most BLACK companies do not succeed. They do not put the customer first.
So hopefully when you order from them you get the correct items. Or she will ask you to go out your way and ship the items back...if you say no, she will Call you names!
