She sent me my tracking info Tuesday morning, sent an email Tuesday night saying she was packing my order... Then I emailed her Wednesday and she said it shipped.. But my tracking info has yet to update.

So Victoria told me she shipped my package on the 23rd.... No movement on the tracking info... I opened a PayPal dispute and what do you know? My package was shipped today.. She's a lying piece of work, who clearly doesn't know how to run a business. Don't order from her. Poor customer service is sad and lying to customers is disrespectful... And shows how much she really cares

Yes she very much is a BLATANT one. I emailed her on the 22nd and she has yet to reply to that one soooooo...I contacted her via her web site contact email today (the 28th) inquiring of my order. Because on the 17th she sent me an email saying she would send me my tracking info that Saturday. Well that Saturday came and went, didn't hear from her. Well magically today she replied and stated that the supplier she was waiting for didn't come through so she had to go with someone else!!! That's why there was a delay...umm excuse me, so why send me an email stating you will send it out on the 18th and then will send me my tracking info on the 19th...but I get you today and you tell me this "banana in the tailpipe story" of how you still have my order and it's going out today! So let me get this right?, I send you my money for ME to run YOU down as if your supplying me goods & doing me a favor for free? She's wise in her OWN EYES...Oh gosh she should be ashamed...

I had this same issue with Darcy's botanicals telling me oh your products are shipping today and it wasnt even postmarked till 2 wks later! I enjoyed the shampoo bar sample I got in my curlkit from cream and coco but if this is how they treat their customers I won't be purchasing just like I will never order form Darcy's botanicals again. The best costumer service I have had so far is from sisters keeper .

Well there you have it, we all can share a thing or two of diff companies and their shady tactics. But this right here is the worst I've seen it...the replies are so nonchalant as if she doesn't see what we see! On FB ppl have posted "answer your email" and "I'd like my package status info"...
Questions like these shouldn't have to be sent to your social network site for the masses to see. How often will you get this from your customers before you fix it? Buyer beware... #justsaying

Mscombocurlz you startes this thread and probably garnered a lot of business for her. Its unfortunate that you now feel this way. Hopefully she makes right by you. I've never tried her stuff but I had considered it till I saw your thread. Customer service is so important when anybody has internet access and can spread their views to thousands in a day.

Everybody has different customer service experiences though. Customer service is something that you have to experience for yourself. Case and point, I've never EVER has an issue with this line at all OR Darcy's. But some people on here did.

I was checking out some of her stuff which looks really good but several people on the curlynikki site have had a horrible experience with her in terms of customer service...will tame my PJ tendencies until she ups her customer service game.

Right now I'm trying to use up the gang ah soaps I purchased from her while still keeping one eye opened on the 8oz unused tub of carrot almond frost. Hoping it won't MOLD, darn I'll be pissed. I totally took her off my Instagram and FB. Other companies out there to explore. ...well one things for sure. She flexes HARD. I mean damn, I just looked at her Instagram and I was like "really now?"....who posts the amount of transactions they've received and money amounts like that? I mean...I think she's just young. A little humble pie would be nice. I mean, as a customer, in general I would be a little turned off by someone posting that. If I had just placed an order with her and she put that ish on instagram like in this "Im gettin PAID" type way I would be pissed.

I love yall, my friend gave me a sample of her raspberry poo bar.. I liked it and was actually gonna order. Then I said let me check NC and sho nuff there was a thread (I had seen this before but I avoid opening these things because you people make me buy stuff) smh.. ill stick to bobeam. Laquita has never done me wrong, shame on me to think to betray her!

LOL....I saw that youtube where that woman was talking about how when she saw that stuff molded she went an exfoliated her scalp and bust out laughing. Not at the situation, but the realness of how she said it, then I saw that pic my scalp was itchin too. I mean myyyyy gawd!

It's the mold thing that's the most worrisome, then the lady's OIL was growing white specks. Now THAT's crazy because it's an OIL, the only way it would do that is if DURING production it was exposed to water. I mean then the hard core showing off, that just threw me when she posted that pic of her orders on Paypal and they names werent completely blurred! Then the teenage-esque cell phone pics and excuses of "our tech team explained why I wasnt getting your messages" "I was sick" "my assistants blah blah" I mean....I would NEVER tell someone how to run their biz, but that was enough to put me off from buying. I've never seen any other owner of a hair care line show off like that.

That's VERY wrong about the mold thing though. She should have refunded the ladies money...AND shipping for that. I know she didn't pay to have mold shipped to her! smh

Shame on YOU?...shame on ME!!! Lol and iLove BoBeam as well but yeah, cream & coco has some products that were cool. Her poo bars are no no for me though, leaves me with that waxy stripped feeling. You haven't seen anything till you see the thread on CN's Forum...she doing ppl dirty all around. Ppl don't have to take all our words for it, they just may have to see for themselves. Buy from her at your own risk.
