Okay okay okay, you guys! I'm going to buy it...NOW. So, just to be clear, the best use for this treatment is as a pre poo? Like before you shampoo with any sort of shampoo or before you shampoo with a clarifying sulfate shampoo? I'm so confused, sorry lol. I'm just trying to figure out where to fit this into my routine.
I just do conditioner only styling and just add SM black soap spray or whatever it is for a dry scalp. In the bottle with the black label, from the same line as this mask to my scalp, and i baggy three times a week with gvp or tresemme naturals with honey and jojoba oil added. One of those times I'll do shea moisture enhancing smoothie with a little honey added for a little shot of protein. And i oil my scalp on those nights with grapeseed and peppermint oil. And the next morning i wash it out and shampoo with shea moisture curl enhancing shampoo. Then condition and go about my conditioner only styling routine. So, i don't really know where to fit that in at. If i add clarifying with a shampoo that has strong enough ingredients to take out the silicones and build up and such, and do that once a week, i could do that mask before i wash with that? Maybe an hour before? I'm just trying to get this down pat, sorry for the rant.

I am modified cg in that I low poo once a month. To answer your question, I dampen my hair with my spritz that consists of rosewater, TN, lavender oil, peppermint oil, rosemary oil. I apply the masque to my dampened hair that I have separated into four sections. I detangle my hair while in the sections, then I put on a heat cap for 30 minutes. I rinse out the masque in the shower, then co-wash section by section.

I love Jane Carter Nutrient Replenishing Conditioner. I use it as a regular and deep conditioner. You can get it at Target or Whole Foods.

Lustrasilk Mango cholesterol was great.
SM purification mask as well.
I don't like ordering to often online. So I buy Jessicurl weekly deep conditioner by the Gallon. Last almost one year. I am heavy handed.
AVEYOU has great price and coupons.

SheaMoisture purification mask (black label): this stuff leaves my hair feeling like silk! I use this after I detangle and shampoo.

Aubrey Organics Swimmers Normalizing Conditioner (protein treatment): best protein treatment i have ever used. This treatment leaves my hair feeling moist, strong, and supple. Love it!

As I Am Hydration Elation- Sally's
L'Oreal Everstrong Deep Replenishing Masque- Rite Aid/Target

They're both CG and the only OTG ones that didn't make me feel like it ain't do ish for my hair.

Big Chop: 11/25/09
Cottony/fluffy, medium/coarse, high density & porosity
SL - APL - BSB - BSL - MBL - WL - HL
I like the Lustrasilk Shea/Mango Conditioner (not sure if this is the name verbatim) & the Proclaim Argan Oil Deep Treatment Masque that Iam able to get at Sallys. Both work well & remain in my rotation. However, I will caution that the Proclaim does have cones (I think) but I havent had any issues.

Another fan o the Shea Moisture Purification mask. It not only leaves my scalp feeling nice and clean, but gives my hair tons of volume and shine, I think because of the clay removing buildup and all that jazz.

Should've gotten that SM Purification Masque, boy do I need a kick! Getting it next week... :0/

I will definitely update you guys if it doesn't have TOO much protein, I've yet to be told if it does or not. I looked at the ingredients but wasn't sure. :/ if someone would let me know, I'd buy it tomorrow at work and try it and let you guys know Monday.
