I like Redken Smooth Down Butter Treat and Aveda Color Conserve.

I'm also a big fan of Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose and Aubrey Organics Glycogen Protein Balancing Conditioner.

Did anyone find that the SM purification masque worked better on dry hair than wet..? Idk. It was great the first time but when i did it the second time on wet hair it didn't just melt right in. Or maybe it's just my hair. For some reason more recently it's felt waxy. If that makes sense or "wax like." And squeaky while wet stuff. Idk.

@ the bolded - yes - that's why I use it to pre-poo and detangle.

I used it as a prepoo. I lightly misted my hair with water first as doing anything on totally dry hair is a no-no for me, but it wasn't damp. From what I'm reading, I think I'll just stick to this method going forward. Only drawback was I used a LOT in my dense hair. Almost half the jar on one application, and it's not "on the ground" in the UK. I'm going to have to stock up on a few jars.
