You have to do what is best for you economically, but also remember that you are paying for quality as well. I have bought other satin bonnets that were more expensive from other vendors that other girls ranted and raved about and was not impressed! Those bonnets began to fray within a matter of months, and were not as big as they seemed and it was a waste of money for me. I love my bonnet, and I don't regret buying it at all! When I straightened my hair during the holidays, I had so much room for my huge jumbo curlers. It also holds my flexi rods whenever I do my flexi rod sets, and my sister told me that it held her curlformers very well. But at the end of the day, find what fits you best!
