It's normal to shed up to 150 or more hairs per day.

Not sure of your detangling schedule, but if you don't detangle daily you can shed double or more the next time you groom your hair because those loose dead hairs will still fall out.

Hope this helps.

All of that hair is from over a period of two weeks. I do protective styling and I leave my hair alone for two weeksz

For two weeks I definitely don't think it's excessive. No matter how healthy our hair is there will be shedding, it's just a part of the growth cycle as new hairs form, old hairs are ejected from the body...

So, everything is looking A-OK from here.

That is about the amount I have on a daily basis lol but I have more hair than most people. That isn't excessive.

I was getting worried because I've been really rough with my hair and been pulling out all newly/old grown hair. I've been having a growth stunt so I'm going to change my hair care routine.

This for dry hair over the course of two weeks. In the first week my hair was taking moisture and then in the second week it wasn't.

I cowashed my hair and its doing much better.

It's a lot more shedding then before and I knew why. My hair was dry for a really long time and now I'm back on it making sure my hair stays moisturized.
