Default Can the hair cuticle be trained to lay smooth?

(If its not already smooth)? If so how long does it take, weeks or months?

Sorry, TNB. I don't think so. Maybe someone else has a different experience, but my hair isn't trainable in any way. Nice idea, though.

Stylers: Experimenting with cones & sulfates while the dews are high. Sometimes try roller sets - classic glamor but I prefer my curls.
