Pomade for short natural curly hair.

I've been on the search for a great pomade. I have short curly hair in the middle & the rest is shaven off. I have a hairstyle on mind but I dunno which pomade is right for me. I want to slick my hair down and style it. I don't want anything too heavy like Murray's.

You might try the one from Curls. I have it and it works well but I dont use it much.

I use Oyin Handmade's Juices & Berries pomade.

Original moxie's hair bling. A little goes a long way and smells very nice. Awesome ingredients too.

Have you tried Shea butter or aloe vera gel on wet hair and securing with a satin scarf? Let's jam makes a stiff gel with honey the top is orange yellow. It dries soft. I used to use it on my twist outs. And it gives nice shine.

this get my pj attention, then i went to their website where there is a review from a woman with gray hair who says it really helps her hair hold in moisture!! buying this -- nothing near me, seems only curlmart as my resource. :-(

So am I the only one that is over the smell of Original Moxoie products? :puker: I loved how it worked though, but it wasn't heavy enough to hold textured down if that's what you're looking for.

Curls pomade works very well, but works best on dap or dry hair. Shea butter heavy products also work pretty well. Straight shea butter will work too, but it stinks also so I would go with a scented variety.

I have come to LOVE Deva Set Up and Above. I wish I'd known about it when my hair was short.
