Uhhhhh....maybe just maybe.... what? I'm curious. What are you implying?
I understand your point. It just has nothing to do with what I said.
No one stated that he was a spokesperson or poster child for Christianity, nor has anyone bashed your faith. This isn't about your faith. If you take an individuals right to not
believe in organized religion as an affront to your
religion than that is an issue that is yours and yours alone. I believe in bathing every day. I'm comfortable in that belief that it is right for me and my lifestyle. So if someone says "that's why I don't wash my butt every day" I will not take offense because that is their
opinion as it applies to their
life. They are not condemning my love for bathing...they are simply saying it is not what's right for them. And even if they DID condemn (criticize) bathing daily....that's their opinion and they have every right to it.
I don't understand, why you don't understand that.
I very clearly expressed displeasure in THIS pastors message.
This isn't even about Christianity, this is about an arrogant pastor who used his position to condemn
(irony yet again) a group of people.
As a side note, if you have any form of belief in this country, you need to accept the fact that everyone is not going to agree with it. You also need to accept the fact that your beliefs are not special ones exempt from criticism. Just as you have your opinion, I have mine.
