Default Cowash and leave in ideas

Hey everyone. I have been having trouble with trying to pick a reg conditioner that does the job of being a cowash and also a leave in. I LOVE vo5 conditioner as a cowash but never really tried leaving it in. I also liked Tresemme naturals but havent been able to find it anywhere anymore :-/. And i dont have time lookig all over town for just one product. Has anyone ever used vo5 for both cowash and leave in? How did it work or not work for you? Also, has anyone ever used suave naturals as both? Both of them are incredibly cheap so either one would be great. Oh i have 3c/4a curls, med porous depending on the amount of product in my hair (having conditioner, gel, and oil in my hair takes all day to dry; no product will and my hair will dry in under 30mins), and my hair is dense with med frizz factor and about 80% shrinkage :-/) thanks so much in advance.

Suave Naturals worked well for me for both. It's a great conditioner on it's own. I wasn't too fond of V05 as a leave in.

I tried Suave Naturals Ocean Breeze as both co-wash and leave-in. Great as a co-wash, but left my hair dry and tangly as a leave-in (probably because of the potassium chloride + low dews).

Trader Joes Nourish spa if u have a TJ in your city. Otherwise Yes To Carrots (not the new scalp therapy one) makes a good ro, cowash, dc & leave in. Giovanni 50/50 makes a good cowash & ro but ive never left it in, seems similar to their direct leave in just thicker so it may be nice.

I have used v05 as both cowash and leave in and it worked fine for me. Soft curls. Not super defined, but I didn't mind
