Default Qhemet Herbal Henna softening oil

I am going to place an order at Qhemet soon. Anyone use:

Herbal Henna softening oil? How did you like it?

I would like to know more about this too. I was looking for a good hot oil treatment, and this might work. I heard that henna can bind to the keratin in your hair, though. I wonder if that's true of the henna extract in the oil?

I used it last night. I've been taking really really bad care of my hair lately - and not doing all the things a good curly should do.

So last night I carefully detangled my hair, put it into about 6 or 7 braids and used the henna oil on the scalp and the hair to help with the combing.

I still have a little dryness and crunch (deep treatments tonight) but much less than the day before.

I generally use it on my scalp and as an overnight treatment to help moisturize my hair. It's light and not greasy at all.

I'd never use it as a styler though.
