Found Natural Hair Stylist/Salons in Dallas Texas

I am transitioning from a relaxer to natural hair. My last relaxer was Dec. 2007 before Christmas. I am wearing cornrows. I am relocating to Dallas at the end of this 2008 year and I have been doing some research. At first I was only seeing Houston but after patience and persistence, I found quite a bit for Dallas!

I have communicated with Mo_Gemini22 on 4b thread:Shingling - Especially if you are SUPER KINKY ( 1 2) Mo_Gemini22 , who has visited Elegance African Hair Braiding & Weaving Salon and had a great experience.

I have not yet tried any of these places because I haven't relocated yet but I will. Feel free to check them out and give feedback! I hope I have been some help to you! God Bless!

I'm glad you guys have found some options in your area. I'm still struggling to find someone near me. Since this was on my mind I just wanted to drop in and remind you to post your reviews, if you go to any of these places, in the Salon/Stylist forum too. I know it'll be helpful to many.
In dallas, the best natural hair stylist is Kira with Pure and Healthy salon.

I am transitioning. I only wear my hair straight. Kira makes my hair soft, straight and silky! She is a very good color stylist, she cuts hair very well and she knows natural hair. I think she is great and would recommend her to anyone!!!
She is constantly going to classes to learn new techniques. She is great!
Oh also, she does a lot of natural styles also. I just don't get any of those just yet. But she is very good at those. All her styles are very trendy and funky! Very cute! She does things like the 2 and 3 strand twist....tons of up dos....she also does extensions very well..but I haven't tried any of these yet. I just watch her do other heads.
