Sure thing

But keep in mind that it's forever changing
I co-wash once or twice a week depending on how I'm wearing my hair. I'm a now a believer in protective styles, and after my 2 week stint of playing in my hair, it's now all bunned up again.
So, I'll list two regimines, the bun and the wash-n-go/twist out.
Bun:
-Co-wash on Sunday night with one of the following:
Devacare One C, TIGI MM or B2B Pom (my new
fav!). I always pre-poo w/ one of the above as
well.
-Deep condition w/out heat for 3-5 hours w/ a mixture of Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose and White Camellia conditioners (sometimes, I mix in sweet almond oil or grapeseed oil)
-Rinse and detangle in small sections (I always divide my hair into 4 or 6 to detangle...and I always use my fingers. Once the section is tangle free, I twist it)
-Apply Qhemet's Amla and Olive Heavy Cream and
Devacurl Set it Free and brush hair into a high pony tail.
-Dry over night (it's never dry in the morn...85% dry)
-Create bun around a scrunchy or do the Southern Tease bun (low, no stress bun)
For a wash-n-go or twist-n-curl:
-co-wash on Sunday and Thursday nights with one of the following:
Devacare One C, TIGI MM or B2B Pomegranate
-Deep condition (I dc with each and every co-wash)
with a mix of AO HSR and AO WC.
-Rinse and detangle in (4 or 6) sections with fingers. Twist the section after detangling to prevent re-tangling

-Take down one of the six sections at a time (that were detangled and twisted in the shower) to apply Qhemet's AOHC and Devacurl SIF. If I'm twisting, I do a chunky twist out on each section at this time- if I'm doing a w&g, I rake through with my fingers to create smooth curls.
-Repeat with last 5 sections
-air-dry over night
-fluff and go in the morn
I only apply products to second and third day hair on bun weeks (I re-moisturize w/ AOHC). Applying products to w&g or twist-out hair creates lots of frizz.
Henna
-Done bi-weekly (if I get the time)
-In the evening, around 6pm, I mix:
100-150g of Jamila Henna from Mehandi.com +
1.5-2 cups of cooled strong green or chamomille tea (I steep the tea in filtered or purified water only) I let it cool so that its not scalding hot...I do like for it to be warm, as it helps to release
dye
-cover and sit the mixed henna on the broom sink
-Shower, co-wash and detangle
-wring hair so that it's not dripping
-uncover the henna (which should have some dye release...it pretty much releases instantly)
-add in a couple of tablespoons of honey
-apply to hair in sections
-gather hair and put on a plastic cap, scarf and wool hat (lol, to keep the heat in)
-clean up bathroom (and the innocent items the henna happened upon)

-Sleep
-Run bath water and soak head...I kneel on the floor and submerge my head

Then I hop in the shower and rinse the rest of it ou
-apply the same DT mixture (AO HSR and AO WC)
-co-wash and apply products for bun or w&g
I haven't used direct heat since valentines day 2007 and I only use a brush (boar) to smooth my edges when bunning. Henna, moisturizing butters, advice, product rec's and moral support from the beautiful nc.com ladies have changed my hair for the better.
Thats about it

Hope it makes sense
