I've never tried them, but they are on my list because I've read good things on this board about their Babassu Deep Conditioner.

I love their dc and LI. Both are REALLY solid products. Great moisture and slip.

I do and everything is wonderful. The Babassu DC is a MUST though. I stocked up last sale. It's a great LI as well during the winter months.

Okay, I'm gonna crack - Afroveda's new clay cleansers are calling me. When I first got the email, I didn't even go to the site. I checked them out today....

My "flat rate" fee is $12.60. Why is she adding to the price? As long as you can fit all of what you order in a medium or large flat rate box, the price should be the SAME.

Yes, afrosheenqueen, the boxes are FREE.

I hate that products can randomly stop working for you. I'm trying to pare down the products I have, but with some not working anymore, I'm forced to try to find replacements. UGH!

Anyone had the QB Burdock Root Cream stop working for them? It's not moisturizing anything anymore!

When was the last time you clarified, is your moisture levels good and are you protein sensitive ? burdock root has oat straw I think , which if i'm not mistaken is a slight protein content?

I try to clarify once a month, I stay away from most cones as well. I am protein sensitive, but it never bothered me before.

I've been doing pretty well on staying moisturized without it, just not sure why it's such a dud for me now.

So, i probably took out a fourth of my density over the course of 8 months using a denman d5...................

My conditioners don't slip

My wide toothed combs don't catch shed hairs

Washing in sections is not for me

My hair tangles like matted dog fur

I forgot i used to have thick hair waaaaay back when, but I've been pulling it out for years whether through agressive blow outs or tension flat ironing, even before I started wearing it curly.

WTF man, what if I don't get my density back????

AAAAARRRRRRRGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've decided for the next 30 days to protective style. My hair needs protection...FROM ME!!

I'll wash and dry every day as usual but once it dries this stuff is going in a bun. If I let myself I will whittle, twirl, twist, and pull myself into a setback and I can't let that happen. I already got some damage though

It takes 30 days to change a habit. I will not touch my hair!!!
