rt1: have people forgotten that reading is fundamental? a little extra effort googling goes a long way...
rt2: my rollerset was a disaster. i ended up taking the rollers out, which was probably good because the power went out shortly after. i'll try again today...maybe
rt3: i hate target. dammit if they didn't get all my money today. i went in after three things and came out with a full buggy.

So, if I can make it 3 miles, I can buy WDT w/o paying for shipping. That'd be nice.
Am I a bad person for not wanting to look and my niece or nephew's ultrasound?

Sandy is teething (my puppy) and she's destroying my shoes! *Cry* She wakes up at 2am every morning howling to be taken out to pee! Training a puppy is hard work! *Cries some more*

Yeah, the cuteness turns to destructiveness pretty quickly, doesn't it?
Is she old enough to take to an obedience/puppy training class? It's been ages since I had a puppy, so I can't provide any helpful hints...sorry!
Oh wait, I remember when I had a puppy as a kid - our vet said to let him sleep with a small ticking clock or watch in his bed. The sound was supposed to soothe him...remind him of his mother's heartbeat or something like that. Since your little one is a chewer, I don't know if it's a good idea to leave something like that around her without supervision, though!

TK how old is your puppy? my baby had all his teeth when I got him so I can't offer any advice either. sorry.
rt: even after all this, I'm still glad I did it. *exhale*
rt2: I may not feel like a redheaded stepchild, but I damn sure look like one. LOL.

RT: really wanted to feed the cat outside, but then it would own me. I already have 2 in a 1-bedroom condo
RT: Finally...finally! That godawful sideboard is out of my house. It felt good to spontaneously ask for help. It feels horrible when I have to think about it.
RT: Had a sample session with a lifecoach who's taking additional training and offering her services for 1/2 price. I think this will work because frankly I know nothing about life coaches and she seemed good. I like having the focus on me in a purposeful way, even though it had it's uncomfortable moments.
RT: I feel like a nap, but I want to wash my hair and I don't have time for both. I want to try the new Ojon Tunu Elastik hair tamer (basically a mousse) I got at Sephora. Update - it's going back to Sephora

Sandy is 9 weeks old. The clock sounds like an AWESOME idea! Thank you so much, Jewel. I proposed the idea to my boyfriend and tonight we're going to get a small clock for her. If I can wake up tomorrow at 6am and not 2am I'll be a happy camper!
Is 9 weeks too young for puppy school? It seems she doesn't know her name yet, but she does sit on command and understands "no." I'm trying to teach her stay and come but she doesn't quite understand. I think she's a remarkable puppy, she learned so much in just the one weekend that we had her!
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<---Happy puppy parent :-)

Glad I could help! I hope it helps you and your furbaby out. I'm such a sucker for animals.
ETA: Ewwww, two of my parakeets keep trying to mate. Hot freaky birdy lovin', bow-chicka-bow-bow....
I'm working from home today, and I've actually gotten some work done! A girl could totally get used to this...
Ummm, I could get *more* work done though if I didn't keep refreshing the CurlTalk page...LOL

rt: I had this brilliant plan to do my hair this morning, then I woke up and realized I just didn't feel like it.
rt2: at some point you are going to realize you are included in my newfound "I'm going to treat others the way they treat me" doctrine.
rt3: I shouldn't have signed up for that, its going to cut into my tv time. majorly.

haha, you sound like me! Some days are better than others. I'm on the road two days of the week (this week only one) and home the other three. On 'at home' or 'in office' days, I get work done, keep my work cell on and CONSTANTLY refresh the curltalk page

i have a "work from home job" so i totally have to get myself together so i can stay focused. it was a lot easier to be in an office and stay disciplined. i think i spend at least 25% of my day on CurlTalk, Fotki and Hair Product sites vs. actually doing work. i could be using that time to nap instead!

I know right?! I should be napping...but instead I'm addicted to this board and stalking lhcf...looking for the next best thing I suppose
At least I'm not alone
I'll be on the road tomorrow, but back on my beloved futon (with my Spongebob playing in the backgroud, lol) and on nc.com on Thursday and Friday!!

Even though i didn't do much, this was a pretty decent birthday. Got a poster, money, perfume, and a new piercing.
It hurt like a SOB, but i'm still glad i did it.
