I'm really trying not to be down but now I notice some breakage on the top of my head. Probably from me trying to salvage the horribly knotting and tangling. Funny how you can spend months or years getting your hair healthy and it only takes one bad protein or dye job or press to screw all that up. Being protein sensitive sucks because I can't stop using it altogether or my hair acts like it has no strength. I have never had a problem with VO5 moisture milks as long as all other conditioner I use with it is protein free so from now on that is the only protein rinse out I will be buying. I don't think it may be the amount of Honey Hemp I used that caused my hair to react like that because before I only used a little bit where this time I slathered it on. Still not using again though.
