Man, I hate to admit it, but I use a little bit of the MJ's Curly Pudding sample a co-worker got for me a year ago. I put my Softee Curl Activator on as usual and then I layered a little of the Curly Pudding on. I can't even lie, it does look good. I sure hate it too.....

I have been so lazy with my hair lately.

Wash, DC, moisturize, seal BUN or PONYTAIL

UGGGHH

I want a change and too scured to do anything permanent. Maybe I will go to Sally's and pick up a rinse dye. I will have to do some research to ensure it 100% safe. I in a grow out challenge and cant afford a set back

Today is my 5th growth shot YEAAA. I can definitely see that my hair is getting thicker and longer.

natural haired girls are debunking the myth. i'm watching youtube and majority of the kinky curly girls on there who have been growing their hair for years have tresses down their backs. black women can and do have big healthy long hair in it's natural state. i think we are even surpassing the permies. this isn't a competition or anything but i barely see any women with relaxers with hair past their shoulders lately. i hope as a community we continue to help other women to achieve beautiful healthy hair the way it came when we were created and one day there will be a 9/10 ratio of black girls with natural hair rather than the reverse. i'm just so happy right now excuse me lol.

Lol@ you throwing shade at me Your sister compliments me on being natural and says shes thinking about it. You reply oh girl all you need is a straw set. That's how they do their hair like that. LOL. When I replied no this is how my hair curls, your nose turned up and proceeded to insist it's a straw set.

I kept right on going.

i read somewhere that there is such thing as 5a/5b hair. at first i said 'whaaattt that is impossible' but i guess it's true. some people DON'T even have coils period. i wonder why majority of the natural hair websites haven't adressed that yet. it's as if it's the forbidden natural texture or something smh. i feel for ladies with that hairtype who is struggling b/c it seems as tho they are being neglected from the club.

your post reminds me about something i read this over the weekend...

ok, it's sort of tricky to navigate (site really needs some work for readability, imo) but interesting & thorough.

After braiding my hair last night and noticing all of the short hair (hair lost from detangling) left out has me thinking about doing a 2nd BC. I don't want to start all over again, plus I look like a 12 year old with short hair. I'm so mad at myself for not detangling better until now!

Lately I've seen white people shopping in the ethnic hair care line... I mean, I'm not saying it's not allowed or anything. Everyone and anyone can shop where they please, but I guess I'm not really all that used to it. Sometimes I just wanna say "Chile, you look confused. Are you sure you know what'chu lookin' for?"

Never again will I let you borrow anything of mine. I can't believe you destroyed my brand new, autographed book that I'd only read once. I hope I can find another signed copy, and take the damaged one to be repaired. Oh, you'll be paying for both, in case you didn't know.

I need to finish enhancing my blogs.

I threw away all of my makeup because it was old. Even though I rarely used it, I want more. Maybe I should start small and purchase nail polish. Yeah, I'll do that...

I'm highly upset that the sun comes up at 5:20am because I'm still up and once the sun starts fully shining in about ohhhh 15mins I won't be able to sleep

....btw, I'm so tired of my relaxed hair It's become so anorexic! my ponytail went from full and thick to a stick skinny supermodel. ughhh I'm way too scared of having a TWA hopefully I'll figure something out...

...while I watch the sun come up
