Anita Grant is Pulling My Leg!
I've had my eye on Anita Grant's website for a while now. I finally decided that I would splurge and get a sampler and a few other things from her line. I saved up and didn't buy any other products (okay, maybe one or two) the last two pay periods in preparation. That took a lot of willpower! Finally, when I was ready to make my purchase a couple weeks ago, I go to the site and see that she's on vacation until September 1. Awesome! I've waited this long. I can wait a little longer. I check the website this morning and an announcement says that the online store will be open again at 6:30 British Standard Time. At 6:30 BST, I go back and the time has changed to 7:30, and then to 8:30 and then 9:30, and now 10:30! I'm dying here! I feel like I'm standing outside of Circuit City on the day after Thanksgiving waiting for the doors to open! I'm sure the products are worth waiting for, but it's killing me all the same.

LOL! I finally got my order in! I'm almost scared of the results because I might end up hooked and will have to keep ordering. My curiosity finally got the best of me though.

SBB - I ordered the goodie box sampler with the lemon sponge cake scented whipped butter, creamy cafe latte, lippy pucker, and two rhassoul conditioner cubes. I also ordered the kelp + ylang shampoo bar and the amaretto di cupuacu body butter.
EmpressRi - You know I have watched your video a zillion times, making mental notes. I really need to stop. You deserve a percentage of a lot of these companies' profits. You could quit your day job and let them pay you to do tutorials. :-)

Ooh, I'm salivating. I have a sample of her regular shampoo bar, and a really as good as (if not better) soap for hair on this side of the Atlantic is Chagrin Valley. The rhassoul is good, but you can buy loose rhassoul or bentonite clay (mountainroseherbs.com) for a clay treatment. I did one today - clay, water, honey, olive oil and a few drops of marshamallow, burdock, and horsetail extract. So you aren't stuck with Anita. But her stuff is very, very nice. And she really raised the bar for me product wise. Very high-quality stuff; grade A+

Will do!
SBB-I have some CV soaps too. I love the soap in the shower, but I haven't tried it on my hair yet.

It will be worth the wait, believe me. This is going to sound like an advertisement but I am not connected to Anita Grant in any way, shape or form!
I buy Anita's stuff on a regular basis and have loved everything I've bought. The shampoo bars are good - especially the one with kelp, and the peppermint one has really helped a friend who suffers with a scalp condition.
The lippy pucker is excellent, really moisturising and was well tested this past week when I spent 10 hours in a field on a cliff top in the South of England.
The pomade is to die for, and has helped smooth the frizzies many times.
The carrot and wheatgerm cleansing oil has done wonders for my skin.
The sapote castor oil is great too. I've also tried this as a cleanser but I prefer the carrot and wheatgerm.
The rhassoul is lovely mixed with coconut milk.
And the cafe latte is almost edible!
Hope you like your parcel!

Wow, thanks for all the info! I will have to keep your reviews in mind for my next order. That'll probably be months away because I'll have to save up again. :-)

And I don't use them on my body because I like liquid shower gels.
