I did a henna treatment overnight Thursday and today I am putting in micro two strand twists. I am using the mozeke mango and cupuacu holding butter with QM morniga conditioning ghee underneath. I am sealing the ends with the DB coconut and cupuacu pomade.
This crap is taking forever I hope I can leave them in for at least 2 full weeks. I am concerned beyond that may give me tangles.

Just saw your pic - pretty! I was still reluctant to buy the cream b/c my hair sometimes doesn't like shea butter based products, but I might get it for myself for my bday.

I washed my hair while in 5 braids with KBB's moisturizing shampoo and followed with the complete conditioner. I applied the conditioner to each section by taking it down, finger combing and braiding it back up. After, I rubbed in Ambrosia then I put in two strand twists using shea butter that were flat twisted for and inch or so at the roots. I got this method from Naptural85 on YT. It's supposed to make a twist out layer easier without frizzing. We'll see tomorrow!

Absolutely gorgeous. Nat did the jc cream start off white then dry clear? I read that on a review. I want to try again but have a hard time using products that have to be used alone.

Thanks! Nope. I didn't get any white head. I was clear all the way. I dunno if this has been mentioned, but it dries quickly once you start diffusing. I liked this a lot.
I didn't know that this cream had to be used alone, I just did based on my hair's moisture levels after my wash. Plus I feel in most cases, if a product can stand alone and minimize the steps to get out of the house that's it's a good one.
Now, looking back, this morning I'm rocking day 2 hair and it looks pretty good, but next time if I'm going beyond 1st day hair I will add a light LI like KBB super silky or KCKT. My non-dyed hair looks fine, but my highlighted areas look a smidge dry. Just a smidge. I'm picky. LOL!!

Day 3 of wash-n-go
Used water and Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie to spruce it up. Kept it in a pineapple last night and at the gym this morning.

Washed hair with BS Keratin smoothie. I like this stuff. my hair felt very moisturized. My only complaint is that I have to use a lot of it AND Redgine didn't fill the bottle to the top. I can go through this pretty fast. I wish I had gotten 2 bottles of this during the sale.
Conditioned with BS peppermint banana conditioner. Tried again to use this as a rinse out. Not moisturizing enough. Better for me as a leave-in.
Shingled soft curls creme, avocado butter and magic curls thru my hair. Shiny curls with some crunch.

washed with kc come clean, following with Alba Botanica leave-in. Twisted with giovanni gel. The AB leave-in had pretty good slip, not a good as KCKT but I'll have to try it a few more times before I decide if I should ditch KCKT for the AB leave-in. It would be easy for me to get because the CVS near my house carries a bunch of the Alba products. I also want to try the soft hold cream.

RE:
Week 1 of protective styling.
Dusted ends and twisted with that dear
SheaMoisture DTM that I can't seem to depart with(because I spent my hard earned $10!)
Gee I am so stubborn...
Presto!, why would you spray your hair with water and the Frank Juice? Is it stickier than the Juices & Berries? I'm getting ready to buy that Frank Juice, but not if it's sticky... errr...
