Wow...very pretty!

I must learn to french braid/flat twist my own hair. This will be a 2012 goal.

Nothing, I just put my small twists back in a headband.

I'm going to take my twists out later and probably baggy overnight.

Very pretty, Lola. Please tell me that you're going to keep the style for a bit? My hair is a similar length and I still don't think I can do updos -- thanks for showing me I can!

I tried to do a true wng using denimpixie's method. Can u say hot mess. So now I put placed twists in my hair using naptural85 101 twisting method. Hope is works well. I won't know until tomorrow morning if if it doesnt work I'll have to wash and place Eco styler gel in sections twisting around my fingers. Long post, sorry.

Did a pre-poo protein treatment of egg, olive oil & yogurt. Left on for 30 min and then washed with Giovanni. Put on a clay mix of amla, maka, hibiscus powder & tea, coconut cream, amla oil, and coconut oil. It's been about 7 hours so I probably need to go ahead and wash it out.

Deep conditioning with my homemade avocado honey EVOO conditioner. I'm tired so I'll be leaving this in overnight.

Your hair color is gorgeous! I love the twists too. Do you think you got that hair color because you had already dyed it before?

Rinsed dc
Oil rinse with coconut oil
Conditioner: V05 moisture milk

Shampooed, conditioned, and added a leave-in using all Oyin products.

I DCed before that with Aussie's 3 minute miracle, which I won't rebuy because of the cones.

After the leave-in, I sealed with oil from Carol's Daughter and then styled with Oyin's Shine & Define.

I did medium sized twists. Just waiting for it to dry.
