4th day of twists with Cush Cosmetics Huile Supreme and mango butter. Love those 2 products, just wish the sizes were bigger for the price.

I've tried both twisting wet and dry. It looks better when I do em on dry hair but still frizzes... I'm gonna keep trying different things though until I find something that works!

I wanted to be like @Reeky and do a coconut prepoo...
My hair is so mad at me right now. I managed to get it kinda manageable but I will likely have to rewash it within a day or so. It feels... crispyish.

It has to be. It is the only thing I did differently than I normally do. I have never used coconut oil straight out. I always mix it with a different oil. It's weird.

^ i can only use coconut oil as a prepoo before shampoo and it has to be the base oil. I have to put conditioner on top or under
coconut acts like protein on my hair if left in for too long

I've just moisturized my hair in it's protective style twice today w/my grapeseed oil and distilled water spritz.
However Target had a sale on the Instyler (not much off just a few bucks literally) but you also got a $15 gift card along w/the purchase and they had a Remington diffuser on sale that I have been eyeing for the past yr so I figured what better time to get both! Problem is now I'm tempted to straighten my hair just to try out the Instyler! That's exactly why I put off buying it for sooo long but now they have it in pink and I missed out on it when they had it in purple! GIVE ME THE STRENGTH! Lol. (No seriously!)

Were you trying to use stuff up? You use so many things on your hair! Can't the Tresseme be your pre-poo? Why use a conditioner before deep conditioning? Is it because it's a protein condish?
I need to start using more stuff too because I'm starting to accumulate loads and I a) live in a student flat with not much storage and b) don't see myself slowing down with the buying!

I straightened it with the Carol's Daughter Chocolat Collection. Love it. But it takes so long I will only do it once a month.

I actually returned the instyler to the store today. I read sooooo many reviews last night about how the brushes melted after a few uses that I just said awww hell naw! Not for a $100 flat iron! So I returned it for the one below and I also picked up the matching diffuser.

Yea but they deducted the $15 for the giftcard they gave me when I purchased it yesterday. Oh well tho. I also didn't like how everyone kept saying that they had to go back and use another iron to get their roots straight bc it wouldn't allow them to get close enough to their scalp. It's like well what was the point in using the instyler then?! Sooo not worth the $. If I'm putting out $100 for a flat iron my hair better be swinging in the wind and not bc I had to use that tool plus 3 others to get the results!
