Decided on a hair color. Black.

After coloring I did a protein treatment. Fell asleep with it in my hair.

Woke up with crispity, crackity, crunchy hair.

DC'd w/some Lustrasilk Shea Butter & Mango Cholesterol w/oils. Kept my hair covered fir most of the day.

Rinsed. Hair felt better. Styled w/Suave Sleek Conditioner for a WnG.

My hair got into a tangled mess yesterday, so I had to wash everything out with my CJ Daily Fix + ACV. DC'd with Aubrey Organics Jojoba and Aloe Desert Herb, detangled with KCKT, moisturized and sealed with Qhemet's AOHC and KBB Oil, respectively. Tangle-free! Yaaaay.

I decided to do twists with the dreaded SheaMoisture CES (didnt have a good relationship with it for a while), and it didn't turn out so bad. I guess I don't have to throw out this product anymore. It just doesn't work well on it's own for me...

Anyway, gonna take the twists out today and go and do some shopping later.

Aloe Vera gel and Shea moisture's CES is my wng combo of choice! I use the CES as a leave in, finger detangle each section, apply a palm sized amount of AVG and rake through with my fingers and smooth straight. After applying to all sections shake and go this makes sure my curls bounce back with out the frizz since AVG is so light. I've also had great results with a flax seed and aloe vera mix.

Another wash n go. My hair dries so much faster now that it's shorter, so it's possible to do wash n gos in the morning now.

Put a large dollop of AOHC on my twists then steamed them. :-) They're frizzier now, but also rejuicified (yep). Mmm-hmm!

I'm sorry I'm just seeing this! I use it just like any styling gel on top of a leave in. Less hold and dries very soft for me.

KC was niiice. I'm gonna try it again tomorrow before class. I found it for the first time at target up here in Chicago. The knot today like seriously made my tangles weak in the knees hahaha

Thanks for responding. I already have some SM CES and I just picked up some FOTE AVG today from Walmart and am sooo tempted to try it out just to see my results. I'm sure it will take a few times of applying to get the right technique down but I'm just hoping that these two products work well for my hair.What does flax seed oil do for your hair exactly?

Lol. I love my hair reggie I have now however I'm sooo tempted to try KC out just bc that is what I wanted to try in the first place when I started transitioning. I guess I will just have to live thru you for now anna! Lol. Hope it continues to work for you.

I'm glad your hair turned out well. However that has changed my mind about wanting to leave in my PT's each time I do one just to see if the curl definition I get will stay.

^oops sorry I wasn't clear. I was referring to flax seed gel. I love the hold it gives with no crunch but added to my AVG my hair just feels so soft and moisturized but I still get the definition I NEED comparable to thicker gels like Ecostyler (for me that equals no tangles it's heaven lol)
