SO I had this burning desire to try Taliah Waajid's Herbal Style & Shine. I shampooed and then used my CJ Beauticurls Strengthening condish... HOT mess. That cream robbed my hair of the wondrous moisture the CJ condish put in, my hair is dry!!! You must really be something to UNDO the miracle that a CJ conditioner worked. Wow...I have no idea what to do with the bottles I purchased.

I don't even feel like tryna work with this cream. It is sticky and has a drag when applied to the hair. It only becomes slippery when sprayed down (read hosed) with water. I actually had high hopes bc it is a thick cream with numerous humectants. I am going to rinse this junk out and find something...

I'm going to try Trader Joe's Tea Tree Tingling conditioner as a leave-in today. Wish me luck!

I usually use Tresemme Naturals as my leave-in. I hope my hair ends up feelings just as good. (Or even better!)

I have LOVED my braidouts...lush, fluffy and super soft - which the weather was partly responsible for. It's been quite humid.

However, with the humidity comes the need to re-braid every nite. I've been hangin' in there, but the thrill is so gone. I didn't always have to re-braid my whole head, but always ended up doing it. I have this top back section, that doesn't like to hold a twist/braid.

So, this evening I have Lush Jasmine & Henna Fluff Eaze pre-poo in my hair. I'm letting it marinate for about an hour. Then, I'll shampoo with Lush Curly Wurly and condition with Curl Junkie Olive and Argan Oil condish.

I'm gonna try to twist my WHOLE head tonite. May not get done. Not sure what I'm going to use.

I twisted it last night and this morning I added some bobby pins for a semi-sloppy updo.

Washed this morning. Used Pura Body Natural's Sapote Hair Lotion as a leave in. Mini twisted with PBN's Cupuacu Hair Butter. Set twists on orange rods. Hair is soft, fluffy and moisturized.

This was my first time using Pura Body Naturals. I think I've been sleeping on this stuff.
