Washed with Amazing Botanicals Black Soap Poo, and conditioned with Nouritress Steam It (overnite).

Twisted with Hydroquench Systems Puttyful gel, on top of Siamese Twists Intense Leave In Cream.

Today: I did a rollerset on my bangs after cowashed, dried and stretched, and it turned out great! Straight results, and I'm going to incorporated this in my routine.

I think I used too much of the CJ Smoothing Lotion, my hair is stiff with a dull caste. I will say the slip is ridic, makes manipulation beyond easy. I don't know how my hair will hold up during the week though. I normally look for straight moisture with my leave-ins. Am I using this correctly? Is over use even possible? It did foam during application. Do you ladies say this leave-in is great because of the slip, moisture, or ability to play well under stylers?

I am thinking about doing a quick rinse and seeing how that goes...any suggestions would be great.

Washed hair with a sulfate free shampoo.
Quick conditioned with Hairveda Red tea conditioner.
Twisted with Hairveda Red Tea satin moisturizer.

First impressions of conditioner. No slip. Not good for my hair as a quick rinse out. For me, probably better as an overnight conditioner.

First impressions of the Red Tea Satin moisturizer. No slip. I had to use a lot of it on each section of hair. My hair isn't completely dry yet so I don't know about the moisture factor.

OK... nothing today...

... but last night, I washed it with a sulfate shampoo.
Yes, you read this right.

My seborrhea is acting up horribly, so I made a scrub with sugar, honey, aloe vera gel, and oils of grapeseed, tea tree, neem, willowbark and chamomile.

I scrubbed the flakes away and followed that with Nizoral (with very few sulfates) on my scalp and Suave Rosemary Mint (with lots of sulfates) on the rest of my hair.

I then deep-conditioned using Renpure Amazing Miracle. That was followed by Nature's Gate Tea Tree Calming Conditioner on my scalp and detangled with Suave Mango Mandarin on the rest of my hair.

I finished using Tresemme Naturals and Biotera Gel as my leave-ins.

Yes, that was a lot of work and many products, but today, despite the humidity, I was having a great hair day!

(In case you're wondering, I use the "hard-core" sulfates about every 2-3 months. I feel it gives my hair a fresh start. But that's just me...)

It's been so long that I forgot the magic that is black soap! It just resets everything. Clear scalp, clean hair, and minimal tangling! No stripped feeling and my hair is more defined than when I went in the shower...yes, yes....

DCing overnight and gonna test this Alba leave-in in the AM, finally.

ETA: I keen forgetting to section my hair for shampooing...I must remember next week!

Cowashed tonight with TN then uses it mixed with TJ Nourish and Spa abd a little AVJ for a leavein. Twisted with conditioner and oil only which is what I prefer. I'm going to leave twists in when I go out of town tomorrow. They look cute.

Washed my yarn braids with Bobeam Shealoe bar. 5 minute DC with AO HSR. Oiled scalp and hair with coconut oil in preparation for takedown tonight or tomorrow. I want to see my hair again!! 4 weeks is good, right?

Been using TN Nourishing Conditioner as a LI with Entwine's Argan Oil and Fantasia IC Gel with Sparkle Lites for my wng's. I don't get the shrinkage and volume I'm used to with Eco Blue but maybe that will change after I get a haircut.
I love how this combo leaves my hair soft and movable.
I don't like that it takes damn near a day for it to dry.

Hi, I just joined NC today. Probably not the best day to join since I got my hair straightened for the first time in 4 mos. Its only been 3 days and I want my curlies back. Will probably wash it back to normal tomorrow. Bought a few Ayurvedic powders I can't wait to try in my deep conditioner (Bhrami, Bhringraj and Neem).
