Yesterday; Spritzed my straight hair with tons of water and slathered on some random VO5 conditioner just to encourage my curls back. Added some oils and threw it up in a pony.
Today; going to poo with L'Oréal ever pure. It's in the green bottle, i think it's the hydrating one. Then slap on a mix of CJ Deep Fix and Giovanni Nutrafix with prolly coconut and apricot oil. Put a cap on and deep condition with my new dryer :-)
After that, some kind of wash n' go.

Cowashed last nite with V05 Moisture Milk (passion fruit) and slept with DC and shower cap using Shea Moisture
Curl Enhancing Smoothie. Then this morning I put a bit of the V05 on top
of the DC (trick to enhance slip of
DC), combed fingers though and rinsed. Pressed with palm some of the water in hair and then applied right in shower (using bath wall mirror installed just for that) my homemade leavein/gel:
3 tbsp aloe Vera gel plus 1 tbsp jojoba oil plus 1 1/2 tsp glycerin plus 2 drops each lemongrass, rosemary and tea tree essential oil. ImageUploadedByCurlTalk1359557216.689513.jpgImageUploadedByCurlTalk1359557239.510348.jpg
Fefe, you and your hair are beautiful. My hair may be about your length but I do not know how to twist. Looks so difficult and time consuming. Did not your arms hurt! But the end result is worth it!
Thanks it's not difficult at all, matter of fact it's probably one of the easiest things to do next to a wash and go. My arms didn't hurt I didn't do that many twists maybe like like 24 or less and it didn't take long at all maybe 20-30 mins if that. Then in the morning I take them loose and seperate thicker ones twice instead of the one, then fluff at the roots to get the fuller look since my hair is thin.
Today was wash day. I decided to do finger coils and seemed like an awesome idea at 3 pm when I started. But at 7 pm when I finished... At one point I really considered pulling out what I'd done and just twisting, but decided I'd come to far to turn back. To be fair, I did spend a few minutes getting the large sections parted because I wanted to be able to have some styling options with the finished coils. Now, I can pull up the sides or even flat twist them, pus I can change the front part too. Plus side - It came out well and I didn't have to sit under the dryer because it was dry by the time I was done.
...I wonder if watching Scandal slowed me down any...
I want to try finger coils...what styling product did you use??
