co-washed, conditioned with my ususal Yes to Cucumbers, but I added a smidge (ok a dollop) of Giovanni Smooth as Silk Conditioner. WHOA! I thought YTC was the ish but this Giovanni?!? I was just trying it 'cause I saw it for $12.99/liter at Marshall's but I am going back for more. Finished off with CJ Daily Assurance Leave-In (trying to use up) with a dollop of castor oil, then raked thru AfroVeda Pur Whipped Gelly mixed with AOMM (Thanks Naturalista!) and had a lovely wash and go day. Almost ZERO frizz and a coil-icious wash and go day.

I've been doing my regular routine (shampooing, Redken All Soft condish, leave-ins and sealing) but made some substitutions.

Kinky Curly Spiral Spritz = Aubrey Organics Mandarin Magic. The base ingredients are similar and it performed the same way in my routine. It helped give me 4 day hair.

AV Totally Twisted = Mozeke Whipped Avocado. Very nice!

Cowashed, conditioned with YTCucumbers, styled with CJ Coffee Coco Curl Cream, gelled with La Bella lots of curls. Taught a Nia class with wet hair and sweated into it, copiously. It's dry now, shrunk of course, but amazingly has no frizz! I'm stretching it a bit and scrunching out crunch by scrunching in a 1/2 tsp mixture ofSet it Free+Botanical Spirits Avocado Coconut Milk Butter + CJ CCCC and pulled back into a scrunci for 5 minutes.

Wash n go. My hair is still wet but I found a good wash n go routine that looked pretty good:

1. Rinse with Nature's Gate Daily Herbal Shampoo
2. Apply SheaMoisture Deep Treatment Mask
3. Rinse and detangle
4. Apply UFD Good Hair
5. Rub in a little UFD Extra Butter

Scrunched hair, put on a headband and I was out the door. I completed my wng in 10 minutes. I was surprised at myself.

When my hair dries I will apply some Earth's Nectar Hair Milk on the ends.

Co-rinsed w/Suave Almond & Shea Butter Con, added Leave-in, sealed w/castor/almond on ends, and a little bit of QB's amla pomade on ends and edges, smoothed back into a low ponytail.

I didn't really do much today. Just added aloe vera gel to my hair, and that's it. =)
