-30 minutes with heating cap

Co-Wash
-Trader Joe's Nourish Cond with baking soda
-Vinegar rinse
-AOWCUS Conditioner, rinsed with cool H2O
-Coconut oil
-Shea Moisture cond

Then did finger coils with:
-KCKT
-KCCC
Spritz- Conditioner, Glycerine and H2O to re-wet dry sections of hair

Was trying to give my hair a rest from proteins these next 1 1/2 to 2 weeks since I usually do my DT with a heavy protein conditioner (Curl Junkie Guava Protein Deep Fix) and do my co-wash with AOHR conditioner.

Been wearing this protective style since Thanksgiving and lasts me 1 1/2 to 2 weeks, and I am satisfied with it. I may try twists soon.

I made whipped shea butter for the first time today! It's very very very light on both skin and hair. My hair is SOOOO soft! I love it! I used tea tree and grape seed oil with 7oz of raw shea butter.

I wouldn't use this for a deep conditioner, but it's suitable for a quick fix for crunchy hair (without being too thick and greasy like un-whipped shea butter) or suitable for a finishing touch on a wash-n-go.

Seriously, my hair feels like I've co-washed, and all I've put in it is water and this whipped shea butter. Good stuff.
I'm "TechKnockout" now.
Yesterday.....

Did a CW with Pantene hydrating curls.... KCKT anf KCCC and wore a funky pinned up do.

Purchased some Henna and GDLI
Yesterday

I modified - washed with Mastey Traite and VO5. Then I conditioned with Mop Top Daily. Left about 80% of it in and used KCKT because it helps seal my cuticles. Scrunched the slightest bit of KCCC on my ends only.

I'm loving not having to use gel that much.

Yesterday I washed my hair with the last of my Blended Beauty shampoo and conditioned with Mixed Chicks conditioner left over night.
Today I rinsed and sectioned my hair into 9 plaits (my hair is quite thick) and added my whipped shea butter to each ready for tomorrows style using flaxseed & aloe vera gel and fantasia ic for definition and hold.

Spritzed my hair with water mixed with a bit of castor oil, glycerine and conditioner to emulsify. Applied a little GVP Paul Mitchell the Detangler to 4 sections, brushed, coiled and clipped. That stuff is seriously detangling! I'll wash and twist later on. Want to try ORS Lock and Twist gel.

I trimmed then twisted my hair up. I trimmed much sooner than I had planned but apparently I needed it. My last trim was sometime in early October. I'm thinking that my hair needs to be trimmed about every 2 months or so. I don't know if it's the texture or something else, but when it's curly it doesn't seem like it needs and trim, and after I straightened yesterday the ends were really rough and uneven.

What - no one has done anything to their hair??

Today I shampooed with Tom's of Maine natural moisturizing body wash
Conditioned with TooShea, finger detangled then used the brush method (biracialhair.org) and left it all in. Rubbed some shea butter between my palms and smoothed/raked that in and then plopped. I wanted to see if I could get by with shea butter alone, now gel. But after plopping my surface was frizzy and hair was shrunken. So Theraneem gel - alot!

Next time I'm going to try applying the shea butter after plopping.

currently ill so I braided my hair with sheamoisture leave-in then sealed with almond oil and the ends with raw shea butter. My hair still looks fab from Monday's avocado, banana, honey DT, Deva curls one condioner, and herbal tea rinse with afterwards MOP C curls leave-in, IC fantasia Gel and almond oil.

I am going to co-wash my hair before sleeping with deva curls one conditioner, then braid again with sheamoisture leave-in and seal with avocado oil and ends with shea butter.

I'm having hair issues at the moment. Its not moist but its not dry either. No great curls or shine. Yuck.

I'm trying different things to get myself through this month and hopeful by then some air moisture will have retuned.

I washed with Mastey Traite
Conditioned with Elucence MBC w/ glycerin
Blended Beauty Styling butter on the ends
KCKT w/ oil
Thermasilk Shape and Shine gel
4a/b Texlaxed hair w/ highlights. Medium texture & high porosity.

Today I have second day hair...
yesterday I did CW and put DevaCare One in with a tiny bit of KCCC and put in a somewhat side puff...my new staple style.... today it looks just as good. Even my tendrils held up. Will DC tonight more than likely...

Lets see...I put in some curlformers in my hair last night, applied palm oil on each section of the hair, and then used a mixture of sea salt and apple cider vinegar as a setting lotion.
Sat under a hooded dryer for 10-15min. Left the curlformers in all day. Sat under a hooded dryer again 10-15min. before I went to bed.
Slept with the curlformers (sometimes comfy, sometimes not).
Took it out this morning, and rocked some large, smooth, spirally curls to church!
I am thoroughly convinced that no human being on earth needs a relaxer!

I henna'ed yesterday, so I rinsed, applied a DT, and did a Twist-n-Curl!

First finger coils! They turned out better than I thought too! There are a few iffy spots in the middle of my head, but overall like them and I'll be doing them again

I finally, finally (!) found all the stuff that works for me with regards to my two fav and most often worn styles: 1) medium twists and 2) big-twists bantu-knot twist & knot out.

Right now, I'm rocking 2nd day hair from a big-twists bantu-knot twist & knot out with a golden Goody no-slip big clip thrown in the front to pull hair off face and half-dime sized amount of Jane Carter Nourish & Shine and same sized amount of AO Honeysuckle Rose Conditioner (for the added scent) lightly applied to hair...I'm very happy.

Tonight I'll just re-twist + bantu knot up by lightly misting the hair and doing twists + bantu knots.

Tomorrow I will take hair down, add nothing in terms of products and just toss on a loose Goody Ouchless band and big ole red flower, super-lightly mist and call it a day 3.
