Creme of Nature

I had no idea that Creme of Nature was sulfate free. Does anyone use it and how do you like it. I use to use it with the prem and I really liked it.

I tried the ultra moisturizing detangling conditioning shampoo in the green and white bottle. it was okay, decent enough for me but i stopped using it after i learned it contained sodium hydroxide.

Sodium Hydroxide is the strongest type of principal chemical used in some chemical relaxers because it provides the most long lasting and dramatic effects. However, this same sodium hydroxide is found in drain cleaners which well demonstrates the strength of this chemical. It is what is used in products that are referred to as “lye” relaxers.

I use the shampoo in the bottle with the red label. Old formula. I like it.
I was thinking about using it. I just saw it in a youtube video I was watching last night. But....I dunno about that really long-word ingredient. I'll have to do more research.
4a FINALLY seeing about 3.5 inches of growth.

Currently using..Lustrasilk Shea butter and Cholesterol, Garnier Fructis soft curl cream, Doo Gro Mega Thickening hair oil

don't kno how this reply turned out to be this long. i only meant it to be one sentence. lol

i use it and love it. i use it as needed (cause i only shampoo when i feel my hair is trying to tell me it's dirty...once every week and a half maybe. sometimes less sometimes more). doesn't strip my hair a bit. but then again i'm not a lather rinse repeat type of girl. the second lather is usually what strips the hair...once is enuf then i scrub with conditioner if i still feel a lil dirty.

when i shampoo i apply the poo directly to my scalp and GENTLY but firmly scrub-a-dub-dub. i use the one with the green label and yellow top. (for dry damaged hair or something like that. it's very gentle and you cant beat the price for a gentle shampoo...i get mine for like $3.99.) at least try it and see if you like it!

There was this herbal-ly one in a beige/tan bottle with a green top. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? They had a leave-in that was thin like water; I used to put it in a spray bottle to detangle. That was years ago. I could only find it in one BSS, and I don't really shop at those anymore. I wonder if they still make it.

I forgot the ingredients, but there was a lot of herbal stuff in there, from what I can remember. I wouldn't mind trying it on my daughter's hair.

Here's what I used to use! I LOOOVED these.

The shampoo:

And Herba Rich Leave-In Strand Remoisturizing Treatment...it's the consistency of water, I used to put it in a spray bottle:

I hardly see either of these for sale in any store. They're not even listed on the Creme of Nature website. I see they can be bought online, though. I'm about to order them to try on my daughter. They both worked very well for me. My sister has very sensitive skin, and the herbs in these made her scalp break out.
