Has anyone tried the Samy Esencia Line?

Walgreen's had the line on sale this week for $5.99 and you also get a $3.00 rebate on each product and the condish you get a complete rebate on. I think I am going to try it for a wash and go this week. Has anyone tried it before? Below is a description of the products and the website is

Kaymore, I've not tried it but I was tempted to give it a try when I was in Walgreen's last week.

Do you know if Walgreen's still has it on sale?
Last Relaxer: 09/19/08
BC: 01/30/09
Misc: 1st time going natural was '94-'98; 2nd time - '99-2003; This time I will not go back to relaxers.

I am not sure if the esencia is still on sale...but it says that samy products are buy one---get one free this week. So, I would try to persuade the cashier that the product was on sale---because it only excludes the Big Hair Samy line. Also, garnier fructis is 99 cents this week with a coupon. But I don't really use garnier that much anymore.

I saw the sale as well as I bought the hyrdating conditioner. I think it was the one with the orange writing on the bottle. I used it to co-wash and it smelled awesome, but I must say that it did nothing for me. I ended up using my HE HH to finish my co-wash. My hair just didn't respond to it at all. But maybe you will have better luck than I did.

**bump**

i originally said i didn't like this product much because of the strong scent. however, i pulled it from the back of the shelves and used it as a leave-in (since i didn't get in on the kbb sale). this worked fab as a leave-in! absolutely loved it.

the scent was white lotus, barley & nettle. i will definitely buy more.
LOIS (OS); cottony, TYPE 4 hair, fine/med strands; no cones bcz my hair hates them; last relaxer '98; now low porosity, ignores most natural hair rules; BC #8
