ABSOLUTELY on all counts!! It's so thick that you have to wrestle the bottle to get it out, and my pump I had to put on it is a lil intimidated by it. LOL!! My advice on this condish is to use it after your RO step to detangle, and then leave it in since you have to use a bit of it if you have thick/dense hair.

Take advantage of the sale to try it if you're curious. I'm always here to buy it from you if you hate it. LOL!!
