One bottle of Suave Shea Butter & Avocado Conditioner.
It is sooo yummy!!! I love it! All I did was wet my hair and rinsed it out after about 10-15 min, and the clumps and softness were amazing ---not to mention the delicious smell.

No more purchases for me until Qhemet's spring sale.

Default Good Lord

ok so I'm new to commenting frequently (but not to lurking around)

All I have to say is that you beautiful, natural women urk me. I'm trying to save money for my out of the country trip and everytime I come on here, I see something that makes LeRizzo's (my hair) interest peak.

This week I bought:
hair clips from Sally's (to hold sections)
Lustersilk shea and mango deep conditioner

Found some conair up do pins at Target. I like them so I can switch up from my normal satin scrunchie for buns and other updos.
The added plus is they are only $3 a pack of 12. For reference I only used 4 to make a bun ( I am a little past shoulder length)

I didnt get the Vatika frosting since I still have more than half a jar left and Im in love with my pure extra virgin coconut oil :-). I need to grab another bottle of TJ nourish though... its my fave co wash and quick wash conditioner! Also is great for washing out hennas.

@Naturalista and Nea: I am so glad this thread exists. In many forums, it usually evolves into something where people criticize Pjs or make mean comments
I keep telling friends you spend money on bars, clubs and I don't say anything. I don't drink, don't smoke, don't go out, I just buy products and make up
Or spending it on some bum @$$ dude that can't offer them nothing but you know what and they're probably running up behind them. Folks need to take the plank out of their eyes before trying to point out the specks in others and must mind their own damned business.

Anywho I bought some iso bouncy cream and mj stretch cream, a little one. Thought I'd try it again since I found both locally while taking a walk before work yesterday.

I've been good lately. Tory Burch has some nice spring things and err that's taking precedence over hair stuff! lol

Lol! Somehow, I KNEW you were going to go there. How did I know?

Also, it's one thing for your friends/relatives to try and "check" you on your PJ status, but how do random strangers get the right to harass someone about how they spend their own money? Who are these people, and where do they get the nerve?

I'd be like, "Tell you what. I'll make sure you get an invite to the next National Rock Kickers Convention. But in the meantime, start practicing...go kick some rocks".

I don't gush I actually prefer the 8 oz. Rose Chamomile I bought at Whole Foods to the 32 oz I bought at TJ Maxx. In fact I love the Rose Chamomile.

I don't think I bought anything hair related last week -- Oops! wrong! I bought a headband. It's called Burnin' Love

Thanks for the link Suburbanbushbabe. Those headbands are really unique and pretty. You could go broke there. It's enough to make me try to figure out how to thread the sewing machine and head to the remnant bin.

Hi Lisa,

I hope you and your family are doing awesome My hair goes into a nice not tight bun now I am so excited in the future of my hair. If you dont mind me asking why did you have to replace your MP C2 and C7? BTW I love mine thanks for the recommendation.

Funny you should ask. On my "vacation", I dropped them one too many times in the shower trailer, and a few teeth right in the middle of the combs broke. Two reasons I purchased a sampler pack of Carol's Daughter Black Vanilla products... 1. I was happy to see a product line at the BX (nada at the PX) 2. It came with a detangling comb that looked just like the MP C7. Needless to say, I threw that comb away as soon my new ones arrived. I like the Hair Smoothie and Healthy Hair Butter, though, and will probably purchase the Tui Smoothie (marketed for tight curls). I'm itching to bite the bullet and return to making online purchases, though. Much kudos to you for your success in "Winona's Creations".
